This location practically shines in the summer, surrounded by many fun outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain bike trails.
With this location, you probably wouldn't need much more, but Trails Edge 4 has it. Step inside to the well-equipped kitchen, and you'll notice the space is beautifully furnished throughout, with a private deck to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views or to take a soak in your private hot tub. There is one reserved parking spot in the private garage, and then you can step off the elevator directly into your vacation rental. No hallways or walls are shared with other condos in the building, so this home also provides incredible privacy. With such an impeccable locale and terrific amenities, you're in for a real treat. Additional perks include a gas fireplace, TV, private gas grill, and washer/dryer.
The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks.

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
