Full Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Deck overlooking the lake. The main bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and double sinks in the main bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a smart TV. The spacious living area has a flat screen smart TV mounted. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, full size washer/dryer, WIFI and cable TV. From the platform deck, there is a view of a natural pond with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Additional community condo amenities include 2 outdoor pools, hot tub and tennis court. Tidewater is well secured place for walking, riding a bike, and running.
Tidewater is conveniently close to the ocean, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, The Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Broadway at the Beach are just a few attractions to visit while on the Grand Strand. There are many restaurants of all types for your dining pleasures, from casual to elegant dining. Take a walk along the oceanfront, fish from the pier, take a ride down the waterway, or parasail across the shores of the Atlantic. There is always excitement and entertainment galore along the Grand Strand with so many different places to shop and attractions to see!

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD.
