Our apartment is located in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood of Chicago, just steps away from the CTA Brown Line and a quick 12-minute drive to Wrigley Field. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a movie theater just a few blocks away.

The apartment itself is just as impressive as its location. Designed with modern glamour in mind, the space boasts professionally curated furnishings and décor, making it the perfect spot for a comfortable and stylish stay. Ravenswood / Lincoln Square is also known for its strong arts scene, with several theaters, galleries, and music venues, including the Old Town School of Folk Music. The area features a mix of residential areas, ranging from classic brick apartment buildings to spacious single-family homes, and is popular among families and young professionals.

To get to West Eastwood Ave. from O'Hare Airport, take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and transfer to the Brown Line train towards Kimball at the Belmont station. Get off at the Western station and take the #49B bus towards Berwyn. Get off at the Oakley & Eastwood stop, and the destination is just a short walk away.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and dogs (limited to 2 pets) and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
