Welcome to The Boutique Bespoke Retreat, known for its tailor-made design to fit your group. It is located minutes from downtown, tucked in the heart of Chestnut Hill. With a large master & a quaint loft, this home is the perfect layout for entertaining.
With a light, airy feel, you will feel comfortable, relaxed, and ready to adventure in Nashville.

We really encourage our guests to message us through their booking platform. However, we are also a quick phone call or text away if you need anything or have an emergency. We pride ourselves on having excellent communication and a fast response time.

Our incredible home is near Wedgewood Houston, a "new-ish" Nashville neighborhood the locals keep a little secret.

In addition, it is centrally located between the Gulch and 12th South, offering outdoor walking areas with shopping, restaurants, and more! Not to mention you're right down the road from Broadway, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
You are very close to it all.

While we cannot accommodate early check-ins/ check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags off after noon on the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage?

LAYOUT

Our 3-story condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
First floor: On our entry-level first floor, you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room.
Second floor: Up a short flight of stairs from our first level is our spacious second floor, featuring our kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, and back patio.
Third floor: You'll find our Master bedroom, featuring a king bed with a rollaway cot in the master closet, and a private Master bath with a walk-in shower. Down the hallway from our master suite and up a short flight of stairs sits our loft bedroom, which has a full-size bed.

IMPORTANT DETAILS and HOUSE RULES:

- Before booking, please read/ understand the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/travel insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.
- Parties and/ or Events are not permitted at this property & may result in the removal of your group from the premises without a refund.

HOUSE RULES

Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
No Pets: No pets are allowed, including emotional support animals.
No Locals: Local guests are not permitted.
No Parties or Events: Only registered guests are allowed in the home.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the home and on the property.
No Weapons: Weapons of any kind are not permitted in our home or on our property.
No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture around at all.
No Confetti or Tape: Please do not use tape or adhesive OF ANY KIND on our walls. *Damages will be charged to you!*
