Just 20 mins from Tullamarine Airport (18 km) 8 km from Melbourne CBD 5-min walk to Raglan Street Tram Stop 43 (Route 86) 10-min walk to Bell Train Station Plus, you’re just a short walk to the lively Thornbury precinct, full of popular restaurants, cafés, and delis.
For cyclist, St George’s Bike Path provides a more direct route, placing you in the CBD in under 35 minutes via cycling. Car share is also quite popular. Big name providers such as GoGEt, PopCar and Car Next Door all have a variety of cars and even vans available nearby.
There is constructions going on right opposite our building and there will be noise. You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.
The following strict House Rules apply :- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties or antisocial behaviour. No additional people are to access the property without prior approval. No pets are allowed in the property. No smoking is allowed in the property at any times. If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.
Additional Common Building Area Rules: - All rules mentioned above also applies at all building common area. Other rules for the common area: - Pets are not permitted within the common areas Alcohol is not permitted within the common areas No guest other than the booked guests allowed into the building facilities. Common BBQ area will need to be cleaned and left in the condition it was prior to using it.
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices. We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously. If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund. In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
