Four double bedrooms, plus a dedicated study, and 2 bathrooms provide enough space for your vacation with friends or family.

You cannot beat this location as it is right across the road from the beach. Multiple cafes, restaurants, bars, and the local fish and chip shop are all within walking distance of your stay.

There is a lot to keep you busy if you choose or simply relax at home.

Lyall Bay is a beautiful part of Wellington, although it is 15 minutes to the CBD, you feel out of the city hustle and bustle. Its very relaxing living here but there is also a lot to do if you want to be out and about.

This home is less than a year old so has modern features including; centrally heated, warm, large and light filled, in an amazing location!

The Master bedroom has a King bed plus an ensuite. Located on the second floor.

Second bedroom with a Super king bed and side tables.

Third bedroom with a single and a desk.

The fourth bedroom has a single bed.
Lots of games and toys are included if you happen to be home but the beach playground is just a couple of minutes walk away too.

A study is available for use if required.

A large bathroom is located on the ground floor with a large shower and deep bath to soak in.

The lounge opens up to a deck. We get all day sun so the house feels lovely and warm. Enjoy streaming on the TV in your downtime.

Wi-Fi is provided for your stay.

Beach towels and toys are provided for any trips across the road :).

The kitchen is spacious and has everything you require for your home away from home.

The access is flat and no difficult Wellington streets to manouvre! There is a garage to park or if you are staying as a group there is on street parking available.

Ubers and taxi's are very easy to get in Wellington and it is a 15 minute trip to the city or 5 minutes to wellington Airport.

A bus stop is just on the nearby corner and this goes through the city and stops at Wellington train station.
