Perfect for weekend getaways or holidays, this cozy urban retreat offers city views and access to fantastic amenities: a jacuzzi, sauna, pool, and gym. Fully furnished with HOTEL-QUALITY LINENS, TOWELS, and FREE WiFi, it’s ready for your stay.
The Space:
Spacious for 1, roomy for 2, ideal for 3, and can host up to 4 guests.
Situated in one of Melbourne’s tallest towers, this centrally located 2-bedroom apartment features a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. The apartment includes a comfortable living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that folds into a king single, a warm and cozy bathroom, and a well-appointed dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, the apartment offers laundry facilities with an iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, and a private balcony with stunning city views.

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Collins St, Australia's premier street, has several fine Victorian era buildings, is the home of prestigious boutiques and high-end retailers and was for a long time the centre of finance in Australia.
We’re also near the corner of Spencer & Collins round the bend from Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated round the corner from Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just round the corner at the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside on Collins St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available at “FRYS FAST PARK” - 40 Francis St, which is located just behind the building or “CARE PARK” - 613 Little Collins St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection will be at an off-site location nearby.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag.
This pad accommodates 3 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The 4th guest will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a king single.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
