Entry to this beautiful home is on the lower level and features a family room with big screen TV with Apple TV box. There is a hallway leading into two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed both having ceiling fans. Adjacent is the second bathroom and combined laundry with bar fridge and access to the back yard. Outside on the lower level is a deck which leads into the private back yard.

An internal staircase takes you to the upper level which features the combined lounge, dining and kitchen with island bench. At the opposite end of the house is another two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other bunk beds and the main bathroom. Sliding doors take you outside onto the upper deck area has views south to Ulladulla. This deck is ideal for alfresco dining or just cooking a BBQ and watching the sunset in the west.

The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod machine and Nutri bullet.

With a big screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, board games, kids toys and books there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. There is also a change table, high chair, iron and ironing board available.
