Set close to the much-loved Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach - on the doorstep of Mermaid Beach, and endless shops and restaurants - Toby's Beach house is a holidaymaker's delight sought after for its location. This beautiful, executive-style beach house has everything you need within easy reach - whether it's a bit of fish and chips on the beach, or a beer at the local surf club. You can also just sit back and revel in what this Little Mermaid holiday house has to offer.

Inside, the home features timber floorboards and contemporary modern furniture - present throughout the large open plan living and dining areas, all the way up to the second living area, bedrooms and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Linen is provided and free Wifi.

The property includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a powder room and a separate bathroom.

Bedding configuration (sleeps up to 10; maximum 7 adults):
- Bedroom 1: king, ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: triple bunk (double on the bottom & single on the top)
- Bedroom 3:queen
- Bedroom 4:king single, single bunks (2 x singles)

Great location!!!

Fantastic location, very short walk to beach and local cafe. Close to shopping centre and under 30mins drive to theme parks. We had 3 families with kids and the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool where the water was always warm even at 6am!!!

Fantastic location

Location is perfect, just steps away from a patrolled beach and the local surf lifesaving club. Plunge pool was a hit with the kids. Number of small repairs needed to make the house more comfortable. Overall nice stay

Great House - Brilliant Location

Tobys exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and well appointed. Great location within minutes walk to the beach and close to Broadbeach and just 2km to the wonderful BSKT cafe.

Cousins Yearly Get Together!

Loved the property. We all (7 female cousins) had a wonderful week. Hopefully we will retain our bond. One wine glass was broken (knocked off bench), we fixed the aluminium strip on pantry door. One if the husbands who picked us up this morning is a pool man and said the bubbler on the pool was stripping something and he turned off the switch. We have a marvellous time and would stay at Toby’s Beach House again. Thank you.

Beautiful property, great location, amenities need improving

Loved the property & being so close to the beach was amazing! We had 12 people staying at the house and were 2 shower towels short, and had no pool/beach towels (lucky we were at conference for most of the day) We then got charged $30 from the bond due to being a shortage of towels when the towels were already short... also, one of the pull out beds was broken so a few people were very squished in the smaller beds. Would stay there again if these things were fixed though because it really is lovely!

Brilliant location

Toby's beach house is in a brilliant location. So close to the beach, the surf club, the wonderful Rafiiki cafe (excellent coffee) and scrumptious Bam Bam bakehouse. It is by far one of the best located properties we have ever stayed at! The house is big, more than enough to accommodate two families, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. A few things we would have liked to know as part of the listing: The plunge pool is about 1.7-1.8m deep, so kids need to be supervised at all times. (I followed up with APS before travelling and was advised it was deep). The tiles around the pool are a little rough, so we had some very sore fingers (to the point that band aids were needed). This is a split level house, a few steps up into the house, a few down to the front of the house, and then 3 steps up into a living area and bedroom, something to bear in mind when travelling with crawling babies. Whilst there is WIFI at the property, it wasn't always working at full capacity. I raised this but it was not resolved during our stay. Having said that, A Perfect Stay are great to deal with, there were a few maintenance issues raised that were resolved very quickly.

Amazing property!

I can't possibly think of anything negative to say about this property. The location, décor, facilities were second to none. All the little things this property had from full foxtel, ducted a/c, a fully decked out kitchen - down to cake tins and separate bbq plates and cutlery and kids plates etc. Everything was thought of and catered for, each room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I would recommend staying here and will most definitely be staying here again. The photo's on this site and amazing but the house is better in real life.
