The Space:
This beautifully updated cottage features 3 cozy bedrooms and an additional bunkie, providing ample sleeping space for your group. The interiors have been thoughtfully renovated with all-new appliances, ensuring a clean and modern living experience. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity, perfect for freshening up after a day of outdoor adventures.

Lakefront Location: Enjoy stunning views and direct access to a tranquil lake inlet leading to Georgian Bay. Whether you’re into boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the natural beauty, this spot has it all.

Outdoor Living: Relax in our bright yellow Muskoka chairs by the water, or gather on the patio furniture, which includes a couch, picnic table, and umbrella for alfresco dining. A dock is available for your boat, Seadoos, or other water toys.

BBQ: Fire up the propane BBQ (propane provided) and enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided utensils.

Modern Conveniences: The cottage is equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of utensils and tools, including a Tea Kettle, Keurig, Nespresso (for small pods), Drip Coffee Maker and stovetop espresso maker, a pancake griddle and waffle maker, perfect for creating delicious homemade breakfasts. You'll also find a smart TV for your entertainment, as well as heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter the weather.

Laundry Facilities: A laundry/utility room is provided with a washer, dryer, drying rack, and cleaning supplies.

What to Bring:
Please note that bed sheets are not provided, but each bed is equipped with mattress protectors and two pillows. Also, bath towels are not provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and kitchen cloths are included to make your stay more comfortable.

Water Usage:
Please note that the cottage is supplied with lake water. We do not recommend using it for drinking or cooking. To ensure your comfort and safety, we suggest bringing your own bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes. Staying hydrated is important, so please plan accordingly.


Garbage Disposal:
Please dispose of all garbage at the end of your stay in the designated bins located in the parking lot of Woods Landing Marina, 565 Georgian Bay Road, Port Severn, ON L0K 1S0. It's just a short drive, less than 5 minutes, from the cottage.
