Great condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this condo! It was exactly as pictured, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach! Right down the road from Seaside. We really enjoyed The Red Bar, Old Florida Fish House, and the Shrimp Shack!

Amenities for days!

Our stay at this rental was great! The location is perfect with beach access, entertainment, and restaurants close-by. The condo was stocked with anything you might want to take to the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler) along with board games, books, and other recreation equipment. Be aware though that the complex hosts plenty of families so being on the bottom floor could mean some noise from kids in neighboring units.

Beach Lovers Dream

Absolutely loved the proximity to the beach. We used the beach chairs and beach bub provided. Also spent our afternoons by the pool, which was just around the corner from the room. Appliances all worked great for days we cooked in. One of the BEST beds we’ve every stayed in in any rental property. Best week of sleep away from home. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return some day!

Spring Break

The entire experience was wonderful - definitely a 5 star. It is a very well maintained and clean accommodation. Very convenient to the beach. Fully stocked with everything you need for the beach or just sitting out on the patio. Publix grocery store is very close so you can get your food very easily once you get settled in. Jason was very easy to work with when we had questions and responded immediately. If you are considering this place, book it now! You will be very glad you did.

GREAT condo

My husband and I enjoyed our first Fall Break trip without teenagers in five years. This condo was everything the owner explains and more. The location is awesome, easy walk to beach. The condo was stocked well with basics and then even extras. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. It's so nice when you're on vacation and you don't have to buy every little thing for just a few days. It was also nice to have all the beach items to use. We will definitely keep this place on our "visit again" list plus tell others about it.

Great family trip

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and we’ll kept. We would stay here again for sure. The only thing that would’ve been good to know up front is that although you are right next to the public beach access the stretch of beach when you walk down the board walk is private. It’s not a long walk down where the public beach is but was a little challenging with a wagon that didn’t roll on the sand very well. Pro tip if you do have a wagon, walk down to where the sand is wet and compact. It’s a lot easier.

Amazing location!

I do recommend this property and the location. The location has so much to offer: it is a nice little town where you can walk and ride bikes. Lots of restaurants (great seafood), nice shopping places. you walk to the beach, so it is a 1 minute walk. We really enjoyed. The property is well maintained, i loved the location of the property and the 1st floor. It has everything you need, but the washer and dryer. for a short vacation, we were good, but for a week long stay we would need to use the washers in the common area, which i would not want to do. The only negative i have to say about the property is that the air ducts looked quite dusty. Otherwise, everything was great!. The owner communication was perfect appreciated!

Would Book Again!

I loved the location of this property. From having the gas station next to us for additional snacks and sunscreen, to the ease of beach access, it really made our stay so easy. The unit was updated and included a lot of amenities that we wouldn't have thought to pack ourselves! Being on the first floor was super convenient, although the overhead property was a bit noisy at times. The property manager had excellent response time for any and all questions that arose, and you could tell that he put a lot of thought into providing simple conveniences to make the stay more enjoyable. It is a bummer that there's no washer and dryer in the unit itself, but there is one on the condo property and we did not need to do any laundry. Can't recommend this place enough if you're traveling with 2-3 people. The proximity to the beach for the price you pay is unbeatable. Cannot wait to book again!

Exceeded expectations!

My kids and I had a lovely stay in this condo! It was absolutely perfect for us. The pictures do not do it justice. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I think I now need a noise machine for my bedroom at home. The walk to the beach is ~4 minutes. My two kids and I managed to carry two umbrellas, three beach chairs, the cooler and a beach bag in one trip with no issues. The condo is equipped with exactly what you need, the listing is correct in that you only need to bring a toothbrush! The host was very responsive upon arrival when the door code wasn’t working. The unit is on the first floor with parking just outside the door. The location is perfect with just a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. If We visit the area again, we’ll definitely see if this unit is available. The near perfect ratings are very accurate! Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

We had a great time here. It was perfect for our needs, and everything was just as described in the listing. The process to get in was seamless, the property is well loved and cared for with intention, and the location can’t be beat. There were a couple of things that I noticed that had a bit of room for improvement, and I addressed those with the owner, who said he would take care of them in a gracious response. It’s a really sweet spot along 30A.
