Dies ist ein luxuriöses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 4, 5 Bädern und Seeblick aus jedem Zimmer, das 2015 gebaut wurde. Das Haus ist das ganze Jahr über tiefes klares Wasser und befindet sich in einer privaten Nachbarschaft mit einem Pool auf einer Klippe, die Smith Lake überblickt. Das Haus verfügt über brandneue Möbel und wir werden das Haus, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, mit weiteren neuen Möbeln ausstatten. Die Küche ist fabelhaft und hat einen direkten Blick auf den See. Das Dock ist ideal zum Schwimmen, Angeln und / oder einfach nur zum Abhängen im Wasser! See vom Feinsten!

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

We spent a wonderful long fall break weekend with our kiddos and their friends at this great property! The boys loved fishing all hours of the day and night! The dock and dock toys were great! The area is so peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to disconnect and recover from busy days!

Crooked Creek Location

The house is better than advertised!! A really nice set up for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. Water access is easy, for Smith Lake and renting the pontoon for a few days was a hit. So many water toys to chose from too! We’ll be back!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had plenty of room for our large multi family vacation. The location was perfect and the kids had fun with the lily pad, paddle boards and other water toys. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation!

Beautiful home and great location on the lake! Neighborhood was very peaceful! The house was very nice, clean and well stocked! Owner was always helpful and quick to respond! we rented the boat, and definitely recommend adding this. Boat was very nice and added alot of fun! Highly recommend…We will for sure visit this property again!!

We took our children and their spouses and two children until four years of age for a few days get-away. We loved having the two living room areas so the kids could play comfortably. We rented the boat for one day and everyone agreed it was the best day! Great space for families!

Family 4th of July

We had a great week staying here for the 4th of July. The house was the perfect size for our family of 11. The kitchen was very well stocked with any and everything that we needed. Our favorite was the boat! It was very nice and included the tube, skiis, wakeboard, etc. The owner and maintenance man were both very easy to communicate with and handled any problem/question that we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic Family Vacation Place

This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too. We are already making plans to return!

Awesome Family get away

Our family of 3 generations had the most wonderful vacation at Point William. The house was comfortable and well appointed. It was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, grilling and games for the kids. The dock, water toys and boat were fantastic. The community pool was a great bonus. Great for family vacay!

We rented for a family 4th of July vacation. The owners made it so easy- easy driving directions, good directions for getting boat gas & for a small grocery, it’s easy taking the boat out, has lots of outdoor chairs, lake & water toys, short walk to the pier & dock, & plenty of space for everyone. It’s on a pretty point. This is a great house which we would rent again.

Spectacular View

This is a wonderful property with an amazing view of Crooked Creek. The house sits right against the water with an easy walk to the dock. We had a great time celebrating my Mothers 80th birthday and several other May birthdays in the family. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy a great Memorial Day weekend.

Great Girls' Weekend

When we book a trip, the priority for our friend group is a warm, pleasant place to gather, access to a grill, lots of natural light, a great view, and great sleeping situations. This location knocked it all out of the park. We loved the separate living spaces. The kitchen was large and spacious. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't even make it down to the dock or up to the pool!

Beautiful clean property

Beautiful views out of every room, plenty of space for everyone. Location on the lake was ideal- boat traffic was mild. Boating supplies and dock supplies were above expectation. Lilly pad, chairs with cushions, skis, knee boards, power to dock.

Great family Lake House

We were a group of 3 families with kids of all ages and had a wonderful time in this house. It’s built with multiple levels and living areas which made for great privacy when you want it. This part of the lake was pretty quiet and it’s a beautiful view looking out to the water. The dock had a lily pad and other towables. Wonderful experience!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home & location! We rented the boat which was brand new & had more than enough room for a family of 12. We had two wonderful days on the water! The home was spacious, beautiful & had all the amenities any family would need! The views are gorgeous of Smith Lake from practically every room in the house! This house is 7 years old. It has brand new everything -- all of the furniture is new, all replaced in the last year, the wall hangings are new and we continue to add new beautiful furniture and artwork as time goes on. You will not be disappointed with the size of the house, its location on the lake or the amenities offered here and within the neighborhood, such as the clubhouse with pool!

What's unique about this property is it is in a private neighborhood, very well taken care of and you will likely not find anything as convenient or secluded -- keep in mind, this neighborhood is new, so the road is paved (concrete) in the entire gated neighborhood. The roads to the gate of the neighborhood are county roads, not ours.

Many properties have up to hundreds of steps to get to the water -- when in the basement, you have a few steps to get on the walkway to the dock! The view from the front porch is second to none. You will not find better views or convenience to the water anywhere, period!
