The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Been going to Casa Blanca for several years. This year was not a good experience. Staying in Unit 104 we had no internet or TV for 30 Hours. Friday morning I told the office and went back Friday afternoon to be told comcast is working on it. Also was told ours was the only unit out. Saturday morning still out and was told by the office that comcast had fixed it. Told the Maintenace man would come to condo and reset the connection. That didn't work. He left and finally hours later we had TV and internet. The first time I went to the office I told them I didn't think the account had been paid because I was receiving a notice to pay the account when trying to log on. The office did not listen to me. I would love to know the reason for the outage. The office staff needs some customer relations training. The lady sitting on the right as you walk in was very difficult to work with
