Willkommen im Old Salty 30A in Seacrest, Florida! Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Stränden mit Zuckersand am Golf von Mexiko entfernt bietet dieses luxuriöse Strandhaus alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Familienurlaub benötigen!

Das wunderschön eingerichtete, zweistöckige Haus aus dem Jahr 2016 bietet Platz für 12 Personen und verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen Badezimmer und einem großen Schrank. Es verfügt auch über eine große Gourmetküche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, eine riesige Insel mit Platz für vier Arbeitsplatten aus weißem Quarz und Schränke im Shaker-Stil. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für acht Personen und das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein modernes Dekor an der Küste mit Shiplap-Wänden. Das Haus hat auch kostenloses WIFI, Kabelfernsehen im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer, eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und schöne Holzböden im ganzen Haus.

Und der Strand - gleich am Ende der Straße! Gehen oder radeln Sie zum Zugang zum Strand am Ende des Seacrest Drive am Highway 30A. Und wenn Sie vom Strand müde sind? Kehren Sie zum Haus zurück und genießen Sie den privaten Pool mit einer Sonnenterrasse, an der Sie sich abkühlen und die Sonne genießen können. Kochen Sie Ihr Abendessen auf dem Gasgrill in der Außenküche und genießen Sie es am Esstisch auf der hinteren Veranda mit Blick auf den Pool. Overall great trip

The pool heater wasn’t working which was kind of a bummer, but overall a great place to stay. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but do-able for sure, we had a great time!

Great Family Trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and welcoming. The decor is lovely. The Wi-Fi did sometimes go out but then almost immediately came back on. It’s great to have the wagon to haul things to the beach. There are chairs, umbrellas, etc. For the pool there are inflatables, noodles, etc. Some inflatable items had leaks so we purchased a few more and left them for others to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a Publix not far away and easy to get to. We went to Panama City beach a few times for restaurants or shopping. It is relatively close but at times there is a lot of traffic. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and the tanning location is great for relaxing while reading. One of the best parts of our stay at Old Salty is that there is a great hostess! Christine was very responsive and quick to answer any concerns or questions. The written instructions are good too. We had a terrific family stay!

Sweet Escape

Old Salty 30A provided a relaxing and comfortable space for our family to enjoy during our time in Florida! The layout is spacious and the heated pool ended up being a hit for us all as we dealt with chilly temps. We enjoyed the quiet street and found the location to be quite convenient to all the little coastal towns along 30A. The owner was always quick responding and a pleasure interacting with. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property again and again!

A great house!

We loved this house! Clean, nice decor, great for kids and family, well equipped with beach chairs and accessories, and a perfect pool for after the beach. Nice, large home with many amenities

We had a great time at Old Salty. Christine was great to work with and very responsive. We had no issues with the check in process or the property. We loved the bedrooms and private bathrooms and outdoor shower after returning from the beach. The distance to the beach is far enough and we used a vehicle to drop off beach goers and beach stuff. Christine had the chairs, a wagon, and plenty of beach and pool toys. (The distance was not a surprise to us. ) We enjoyed The Big Chill (The Hub). Kids wanted to go back…for the candy store and snow cones I believe! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Lovely week at the beach

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children, ages 7, 4, & 2, stayed for a week, here. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and met our needs nicely. We rented 2 golf carts which were definitely needed when we went to the beach. It is a far walk and with all the kids gear, chairs and umbrellas, walking was not really an option. We spent lots of time on the front porch and spent every afternoon in the pool. Mornings were our beach time. Christine was very easy to get a hold of and work with. We enjoyed our week!

A Little Piece of Paradise

What a lovely property and absolutely perfect for large groups, especially with small kiddos! The house checked the boxes on so many things including a large, spacious kitchen and gathering area, private bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a large playroom for kids, great outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining, heated pool and even an outdoor swing the small kids absolutely enjoyed! And a nice bonus was having the beach access right at the end of the street! We truly enjoyed our stay at Old Salty 30A. The host, Christine, was a true professional and was so kind and attentive to any of our questions and needs. We hope to be back again!

Great Family House

Several families stayed in this house for Thanksgiving weekend. It has 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom which was a definite plus. The upstairs room was perfect for the kids and the ping pong table was an added bonus. We decided to heat the pool and so glad we did!! The kids swam everyday we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was wonderful to work with and check in and out process easy!

Awesome stay!

I recently stayed with a group of 10 ladies, and we had a wonderful girls' weekend! The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice having en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom! We also really enjoyed the backyard - the pool was great, and the porch was large enough for our whole group to eat, hang out, and relax. The beach access was a short walk right down the street. Awesome house and location

The house was wonderful - exactly as described. It was great having a full bathroom with every bedroom. Our kids loved the upstairs bedroom/playroom. The pool and covered back deck was fantastic. The pool is full sun until late afternoon when the backyard trees provide nice shade over the water. The beach access was great, rarely crowded compared to other locations down the beach. The house is located between The Hub and Barrett Square at Rosemary Beach - a short drive or nice bike ride to each. We loved the house and would rent it again.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here in May/June 2020. Home was exactly as described and beautiful, at the end of a quiet street. Pool was very nice, and great for the kids. Communication with Christine the owner was easy, and she's very helpful. House is in the perfect location on the beach near only single family residences and therefore the beach (which is just a short walk or drive to the acces) was never crowded. We highly recommend this home.

This place was amazing! It was built for a multi family stay! The place is immaculate and I absolutely love the decorating and style. The pool was a must and it was a short walk to the beach! Owning in Seacrest provides us the tranquility and amenities we need, while remaining close to the hustle and bustle of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, The Hub, Seaside and Watercolor.

We chose this house for several reasons, but especially because of the private, heated pool and expansive outdoor space. We have two covered porches -- complete with ceiling fans and an outdoor kitchen out back. And the huge bedroom upstairs is perfect for the kids in the group to relax, watch TV and sleep together in one room, both in the two double beds or in sleeping bags on the floor.
