Passenger access
This two-bedroom apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 to 9 people (extra comfortable mattresses may be made available depending on the total number of travelers booked).
When you book this apartment for more than 2 people, you can use both the bedrooms as per the mentioned rate and the entire apartment is at your disposal.
But if you book the accommodation for a STAY OF 2 PERSONS ONLY, your access will be limited to the use of only one bedroom and the second bedroom will remain inaccessible and limited for your use. But if you wish to use both the bedrooms for a booking of only 2 people, an additional nominal charge of INR 1,599 per day will have to be paid additionally for the use of two separate bedrooms for only 2 people.

▪️This is a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 min and 6 to 9 people maximum as per the travelers' request and demand.
- If the accommodation is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS, your access will be restricted to the use of only one space of one bedroom which is attached to the living room and the second separate bedroom will remain off limits and will be restricted to your use though no other secondary traveler sale booking will be taken for the second bedroom and you will not share the house with anyone else during your occupancy of the property even if it is booked for the use of only one bedroom by you.
- In case the travelers want to use both bedrooms for the booking of only 2 people, an additional nominal charge of ₹1599 INR per day will have to be paid additionally.
▪️Additional charges per additional guest after the first two (2) are INR ₹1599/- per night of stay/per guest. This applies to each additional guest after the first two (2) bookings made on the official Airbnb platform or privately upon direct request.

This entire apartment is strictly non-smoking. You may exit through the main entrance door of the apartment into the ground floor lobby/stairwell to smoke.
- Failure to comply with the NO SMOKING rule if discovered during the continued stay of the guest,This will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property with Airbnb involvement and a penalty.
- If the non-compliance of NO SMOKING RULE is discovered after the guest's check-out, the guest will be liable to pay a hefty penalty fee, including if the additional cleaning service, up to a total of INR ₹10,000/(₹10,000) by raising a grievance through Resolution Center application.
