Bright and airy apartment, set over two floors at the top floor of a handsome Victorian townhouse. Light streams into the kitchen in the morning, whilst you prepare breakfast and an early evening drink in the lounge brings beautiful views of Margate's famous pink and purple skies. Tucked just off Northdown Road, were you will find an eclectic mix of bars, restaurants & cafes, with the beach & tidal pool only moments away. Your seaside adventure awaits.

The 2 bedrooms both have large double beds, which can be split into singles too. The flat has a fully functioning kitchen, including a washing machine. There is space to eat either in the kitchen landing area or on the folding table in the living room looking out over the church steeple and the roof tops. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, and wireless speakers to connect your phone to for background tunes. There is a bathroom with an electric shower and toilet, and a separate additional toilet.

Turn left out the front door for a two-minute stroll to the golden sand beach and stunning tidal pool via our convenient underpass. Turn right for vintage furniture and record shops, great coffee shops and cool restaurants. The old town, Turner Gallery, Shell Museum, and Dreamland are all a 10–15-minute walk. Margate station is a short taxi ride or a 20-minute walk.

The flat is at the top of a beautiful period property. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment & a few stairs within the apartment itself.

Guests have full and private access to the whole apartment other than a few locked cupboards.

Please note as there is no gas supply to the flat, the hot water heater is electric, which means it can be slow to fill the bath - showers are no problem though.
