Caldew House is a very large property with most bedrooms enjoying a modern ensuite shower room. The house can be set up to accommodate as many as 7 bedrooms if arranged in advance .
Northern Stays specialises in providing beautiful and affordable group accommodation and Caldew is no exception. Although located on the busy but convenient A639, the property is triple glazed and quiet.
The rear of the property backs onto to lovely countryside and there are country views from all aspects.
Both of the largest bedrooms upstairs are fitted with a Juliet balcony so that you can take full advantage of the views.

Park Broom Lodge is an extended Edwardian Merchant's house dating back to 1904 extended into three separate large houses. It has had many previous lives including : a guest house, hotel and restaurant, but is now proud to have transitioned into three large comfortable and characterful serviced accommodation properties.. The houses face south over farmland and although situated on the A6 are surrounded by lovely countryside views. To the rear of the houses are private secure gardens surrounded by mature trees in spacious grounds. Each house has off road parking perfect ,for contractor accommodation ,and outdoor areas.
