The space
Nestled within this new build residential development is this larger than average apartment studio. A space full of soothing white, brown and grey tones with a sprinkle of yellow woodwork, opulent furnishing and 1930's décor to give you a relaxing stay in the steel city of Sheffield.

The sleeping area has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamps for convenience. There's a dedicated wifi connection for the apartment and an iron and ironing board is provided in the closet.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all amenities including Tea, coffee condiments, fridge freezer, microwave grill oven, and all cooking utensils and basic cooking spices to suit long-term guests and short-stay nomads.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries and towels are provided including a hairdryer.

We’ll prefer you keep the noise levels down after 8pm in consideration of other guests. Also, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or the building. there's a dedicated smoking area outside the building.
