Not a 5* resort but for the $ a 5* experience.
Great overall stay. Property a bit staid. Master bed fine but not the most comfy. Respectable kitchen facilities and utensils with many objects put away greasy. Pool was good but one day grew algae overnight and was rectified almost as quickly as it appeared. I’d stay here again in a heart beat but would temper expectations. It’s not a 5* resort but for the price it was a 5* experience.

The house was fully furnished and completely met our needs. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean (a little cold though) and having the grill to use was fantastic! Great vacation!

The pool, on Sunday morning we contacted Vacasa to have the pool heater turned on and were told it would be done that day. Monday morning it had not been done, when we telephoned we were told the heater needed a part and would be done that day. Tuesday we called and we told it had been turned on at 8:30 that morning however only cold water was coming out of the jets, don't think they believed us. Wed. morning a person from the pool company came and said he was not aware of any problem prior to receiving a message at 9:00pm Tuesday evening. He said it was on but not cycling properly and promised to be back that day, he didn't as far as we know. We telephoned the property manager and he said as far as his papers said it was all in working order but it was not. We noticed late Thursday afternoon it was warming up so assumed the man from the pool company had come back and fixed it, so we had Friday to use the pool as we were leaving Sat. morning. The people at Vacasa were all pleasant, no issue there, and said they have refunded our account for the daily pool heating charge. We will find that out tomorrow when I can go and check with our bank/Visa account. We just felt it was not taken seriously and just kept putting us off.
Another thing is that the second tv is not working due to an upgrade to their system and apparently they have not been able to reach the owner,, you should be told that at time of rental, ie my husband likes sports and I do not.
At time of reservation you should also be told to keep receipts, the propane tank for the bbq was empty and we replaced is for 18.00, told later if we kept the receipt we would be reimbursed. They want you to run the laundry and dishwasher before you leave, in this instance the laundry soap container was empty and we had to buy more. This may sound silly however, we have never rented a home before and did not know the rules. The only other thing is, the pillows need to be replaced.
Really it was a wonderful holiday being right on the golf course, my husband is a golfer, but my deal was the pool. We would go back there again after checking if everything was in working order.
We are sorry to see our guest had some difficulties with their stay and are so glad to see they are willing to give us another chance in the future to impress them! We did refund this guest the entire cost of the pool heating, and this problem is now resolved. We also refunded our guest for the issues with the TV, which is also rectified. Thank you!

What we didn't like was the problem with the pool, and the run around we got from your office, many different things were told that were not backed up by the pool service, who finally got it fixed and the heater running properly Thursday. Your staff is very pleasant though. Yes we would go back if everything in the house worked properly.
We appreciate the guests feedback. The pool heater was turned on and was heating, but unfortunately, kept shutting off and restarting. The Local Manager and pool contractor were able to get the equipment needed for the heater to stay on late. We have refunded the guest the entire amount of the pool heat as well as offered a future credit for the troubles that they faced. The owner has since been advised that the pool heating equipment will need to be replaced.
I will be back & i will suggest to other's ! Was very much like home away from home ❤
