Wir haben unseren Platz zusammen mit all den Dingen, die wir suchen, wenn wir brauchen, um ihre Arbeit zu erledigen oder wollen weg für ein Wochenende in die Stadt zu bekommen: Great neighborhood, alles zu Fuß erreichen, wahnsinnig schnell Internet.
Restful Retreat: Wenn es R & R sind Sie nach, werden Sie schätzen die erstaunliche individuelle Küche, durch einen Cordon-Blau ausgestattet gelernter Koch, die bequem auf dem Sofa, und die großen TV-Bildschirm mit Netflix.
Wenn Sie beim Verlassen der großen Innenräumen bestehen, versuchen Sie einen Drink auf der Dachterrasse bei Sonnenuntergang, mit zu beginnen. Wenn Sie Hunger bekommen, ist North Beach nur einen halben Block. Und wenn Sie auf dem Gehen in die Arbeit zu bestehen, ist der Finanzdistrikt ein schöner 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Paar von Fahrrädern ist auch für Ihren Einsatz, aber denken Sie bitte daran, dass sie mit den Gästen in der Einheit im Erdgeschoss geteilt.
A Green Place To Stay: Wir haben es grüner. Dieses Appartement teilt sich eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und Dachterrasse Zugang mit dem oben Einheit. Wir haben auch eine Garage einzigen Raum, der zwischen den beiden Einheiten, die Sie mit vorherige Ankündigung und eine kleine zusätzliche Gebühr pro Nacht buchen können geteilt ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Garage passt nur Kleinwagen und erfordert Komfort mit gemütlichen Räumen und Stadtverkehr.
Very nice unit. Met all expectations and was as presented on the website. Kitchen was very adequate with all new appliances. Unit was clean, well maintained and up to date. Bathroom a bit tight, but updated, and has a good shower. Linens were fresh.
Customer service was excellent. Very good "User Manual" with complete instructions and guidance.
Very comfortable with property security and neighborhood. Not noisy even though in an active, lively part of the city.
Short walk to all sorts of restaurants and bars. Very convenient, available transportation. Would definitely refer friends to this property and location.
We did a lot of research into the various location options before choosing 54 sonoma street. I grew up in SF so know the city and while I didn't know this exact location I knew the neighbourhood. It was the first time for my wife and she was pleasantly pleased at the unit being "cute" . By the time we left the unit 4 weeks later she loved the place and most of all, my choice. :-)
We like to walk and we could walk to Fishermmans wharf, Embarcadero, and Chinatown. Coit tower loomed above us and on many of the beautiful nights we would grab a bottle of wine, a pizza from the best Pizza you will have (only three minutes walk), Tony's, and sit up on the deck just reviewing the day's activities, the partial view of the Golden Gate Bridge, Transamerica building and the lights of Nob Hill.
Live music probably 300 yds away on Grant street, great sports bars, a super and historical coffee place Caffe Trieste(sp). Great breakfast and hamburger place around the corner. At Mo's. Really nice Italian dinners everywhere (try Sorto Mare) , a great oyster bar called Ferry Plaza Seafood.
We walked maybe 10 minutes to Mason street to catch the cable car over Nob Hill to union Square or Market at to catch Bart or other muni lines. You don't need a car, just buy a Clipper pass for one month and you can go everywhere in the city limits. It was so easy and so much fun using the cable car as our normal method of transport . When in doubt you can Uber anywhere .
Faults? Well, to be honest there is a TV system that looks very cool but no operating instructions. I asked 3 times and. Never did get any help which was disappointing. I was told there was a manual but there wasn't and I couldn't print the one emailed me.
I only wanted to watch a few football/gridiron games but worked out Pandora so at least had some music.
Also the bathroom is VERY small so if you are a "big " person you will be uncomfortable.
I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in SF. It's right in the best part of town in my opinion.
I stayed here with a colleague for 1 month. The neighborhood and location is amazing. If you like restaurants, bars, action, and high energy from a neighborhood than this is it! The bedroom/bed was lovely and large. The bathroom is really small but has everything you need. This place is perfect for a couple but no more than 2 people. The kitchen is very modern and nice. The garage is made for a small car. Unfortunately we could not get into our property with the code that we were given. This caused a lot of stress on the night we arrived. We could not reach anyone to get access to the property. Our neighbors upstairs also didn't get access with their code on the day they moved in. This seems to be a recurring problem with this property. I would strongly recommend calling Paul's E.A. before arrival to ensure your code is going to work on the doors. Paul and his mom were very pleasant in answering questions and being helpful after we moved in. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would stay again.
We stayed a month at this North Beach flat and had a wonderful visit in San Francisco. Almost everything was within walking distance: great restaurants, China town. Downtown, Fishermans Wharf, the Embarcadero. The local buses were close by for other attractions like the Golden Gate Bridge.
As for the apartment itself, everything was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, laundry machines worked well, nice linens on the comfy king bed. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck. Perfectly comfortable!
I couldn't recommend this property. The facilities were adequate although the dish washer was out of order & there was no attempt to repair it. It was the fact that we couldn't get into the apartment that bothered us.
We had come from Scotland via New York & were due to land about lunch time. We repeatedly tried to contact the local agents to ask if we could get in before the allotted time but could never get a reply either to emails or phone. When we arrived at the property the entry code we had been given did not work &, again, we could not get a reply from the agents. We enquired at a nearby shop only to be told that we weren't the first ones to be locked out. We went away, with all our cases, for lunch & to charge our mobiles but when we returned in late afternoon the code still didn't work. We had no option but to get a taxi to a local hotel (the first two were full) & book in for the night. We eventually got the owner's phone number & were told that the entry code had been changed that morning. This was not much good to us!
Anyway we got entry the next morning but a good chunk of our short stay had been ruined.
We made a claim for the refund of our costs but have received nothing.
