Perfect base for sporty groups!
We stayed at 7 Grampian Road when we competed in the Glenmore 24 trail race - and it was absolutely the most perfect base for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a joy to cook in. The beds were soooo comfy and just the ticket for tired runners after the race. The sitting room was perfect for relaxing in, eating and chatting. And the flat was brilliantly located for stocking up on supplies and for grabbing a bite. Plenty of parking too so not too far to walk on sore feet!! Loved it and can’t recommend the flat highly enough. Hope to return with my family for a more chilled out weekend soon. Thank you to the host for everything.
Modern, convenient but noisy
The apartment has been nicely renovated with a modern kitchen and sitting area and very comfortable beds. Thought it sleeps 6, you can only fit 5 around a counter top for meals. The middle bedroom with two sets of bunk beds has a skylight but no window for fresh air, so this was not ideal. The rear bedroom is very small and had only space for one bedside table and reading light. We were grateful to find some basics in the kitchen and tourist information. On the plus side, the location is very central with shops nearby, free parking and lots of lovely things to do in this beautiful region. However, we found it to be noisy early in the morning and were woken early by voices, trucks and a leaf blower. We had to get used to the hum of some machinery running all night, possibly one of the shops air-con units.
Great time in Aviemore
Flat 7 Grampian Road was perfect for our trip to Aviemore. Centrally located to all facilities, Parking. Easy to locate on arrival. Space to relax after a days walking. Great facilities for self catering.
A week in Aviemore
Such a lovely, comfortable, well-located flat! Very modern, quiet, luxurious space with well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, heated floors in the bathrooms, and a terrace to enjoy the views of Cragellachie Rock. Also, Kenny was very responsive and always available to help me with any questions that I had. I highly recommend this flat to anyone that wants to spend time in the beautiful Aviemore!
We love staying in Aviemore. This is the third time we have stayed at Flat 7. It is centrally located just perfect for shops, takeaways and touring. We will book again.
Time to chill
As returning guests we were not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxing time. Good weather and lots of walking.
Nice new bed and comfy mattress. Addition of outdoor table and chairs is great. Looking forward to returning next time.

Fahrradverleih: Mikes Fahrradverleih befindet sich direkt unter der Wohnung.
Ski- / Snowboardverleih: direkt unter der Wohnung. Skipässe für den Cairngorm Mountain sind ebenfalls erhältlich.
