ndon vacation rental apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential apartment building with a lift. These accommodations in Mayfair can comfortably accommodate up to six people. With beautiful decorations and warm colours throughout, you are sure to feel right at home while experiencing the true Londoner lifestyle. The apartment boasts a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The two large sofas provide a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing in London. There’s also a coffee table, flat screen TV with cable and a free Wi-Fi connection. You’ll find a dining table and chairs for six people should you feel like eating at home instead of dining out in one of the best restaurants in Mayfair. Off of the living area you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are also available for your use. The flat has 3 private and separate bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a large double bed, nightstands, an armchair and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings and luggage. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. The Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and also contains a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. All of our apartments are non-smoking. - Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes. - Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. We loved the apartment

We spent a week in Paul's apartment, and totally enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is in a great part of London, with close proximity to the tube station, grocery store, pubs and restaurants, not to mention the famous parks, which are just a few minutes away from it! I have recommended the apartment to others, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location but low level of maintenance

Sink and bidet are clogged. Tiles in the shower need to be fixed. There are roadworks starting from 8 am, which disturb your sleep.

Nice, safe neighborhood and functional flat

Staff really friendly and helpful. They came to meet us directly at the apartment as we had provided them with our flight information and ETA. Excellent location close Green Park and Hyde Park. Mayfair is very nice and safe, and relatively calm. The flat was clean and functional with nice bedding and towels. For us it was perfect as we were doing all the sightseeing and touristy stuff, waking up early and going to bed early out of pure tiredness.

Mayfair is the Ideal Location for Seeing London!

The flat was perfect and met our expectations. The listing description regarding the layout, facilities, bedroom and bathroom setup was all accurate and clear. The bedrooms are nice, the beds are comfy, linens very nice and the entire flat is spacious. It was clean and in a very good location. Mayfair is definitely the perfect area for tourists visiting London as you can easily walk to many sites and there's a few train stops nearby to get to the places a little farther away (or when it is pouring rain). Pierre took good care of us and checkin was a piece of cake.

Thanks for a great stay!

We've had an amazing week in this Mayfair flat. Paul's assistants in London were very polite nice and they gave us lots of tips to visit London (getting the Oyster card, navigating the Underground, where to eat, what to see). The apartment is lovely and clean and the service was top. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a great place to stay to visit London: this is the best address you can find! The location is great as you can walk to many places. There’s tons to do in the area and it has a great atmosphere.

It’s also very safe. There were only 4 of us staying there, but you can comfortably have up to 6 people as well. We look forward to returning one day!
