The "Design 2 Bedroom Apartment" is a top floor apartment situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles, I) a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, supermarkets, shops, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Heart, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha Club and Lio are all within short walking distance although no noise! And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is on the next block. Also the ferry dock is only 5 minutes walking.The fully furnished apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms - one of them ensuite - (beds can be made twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower), a large living/dining room with a comfortable sofabed for 2 people, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with partial/side view on the sea and Ibiza Old Town, furnished with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. The apartment has also access to it's own private upper roof terrace, with panoramic views, equipped with design sun loungers by Vondom where you can sunbathe. Air conditioning, Free Internet Wifi, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. The apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand), no car hire is necessary. However, if you plan to hire a car, FREE OF CHARGE PARKING SPACES ARE ON THE STREET near the Building or, if you prefer, you may rent a parking space in the garage of the complex, on request. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser modernen Penthouse. Das Appartement ist wünderbar: komplette Ausstattung, sehr sauber, komfortabel und sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist in einer der besten Gegenden von Ibiza, sehr zentral. Wir sind wirklich zufrieden mit dem Service. Der Besitzer und das Personal waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es war einfach super. Wir würden dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen!
GREAT ACCOMMODATION IN THE BEST SPOT
Although our flight was delayed for 2 hours and we have landed at 2am, we have been greeted by Alessandro at the building and he was extremely helpful. He took us to the apartment which was exactly how the pictures and write up described it. The apartment is very close to the beach, shops and best restaurants. It's also a short walk to the Pacha, Lio and Cirque de Soleil. We coudln't have asked for a better place to stay!

BUCHT DAS "PENTHOUSE" NICHT!!!
Als wir angekommen sind war der Blick schon einmal erschreckend!!!! Man schaut überhaupt nicht auf das Meer, sondern nur auf ein riesigen Wohnbuncker!!!
Zudem findet man im Apartment keinen Grill sowie Eismaschine wie es in der Ausstattung beschrieben wird!!!!
Außerdem funktionierte das Bidet im Bad nicht und die Abzugshaube in der Küche fällt fast ab!!!!!!
Fazit ist: DAS PREISLEISTUNGSVERHÄLTNIS STIMMT ÜBERHAUPT NICHT! €€€€€€
We are a serious company and in 5 years with homeaway (we have several apartments both in Ibiza and Amalfi Coast published on homeaway), we never had a such unfair and untrue review. You can see how happy are the other guests by reading the other reviews and many of them returns every year. And really we don't understand the meaning or the purpose of this review written only the day after the guest arrival when, usually, reviews are made after departure, and still 9 nights remained before their departure (they stayed for 10 nights).

Before accepting the reservation request of the guests we called them underlying that the sea view was only partial only from the terrace, as per our clear description on homeaway. We did that, because in the message attached to the reservation request, the guest wrote "it would be nice to have an apartment with sea view", so we wanted to make sure that he had read the description before accepting the reservation and the guest agreed to confirm the booking being already aware that the sea view was only partial and only from the terrace as per our description. This phone call is also confirmed by the guest, when he arrived, by a text message saved and sent also to homeaway. By the way, the partial or side sea view (not frontal or full) is very common in Ibiza even on Paseo Maritimo (the first line on the marina), where buildings are situated one next to the other.
2) in our description there is no mention of the barbecue or the ice maker.
3) in regard to the bidet, it's not true that is was not working, but simply the water did not go out regularly but promptly the very small inconvenience was solved by the maintenance man.
4) in reagards to the hood in the kitchen (air extractor) only one of the several screws were missing and it was very difficult also to notice that.
Anyway we fixed immediately.
In regards to "The bottom line is : the price performance ratio not true at all ! €€€€€€" probably express the real purpose of this unfair and untrue review... Of course the guest knew since he made the booking through homeaway the price he was going to pay, which is a regular price for similar apartments in the most luxurious area of Ibiza in August (peak season).
Perfect Apartment Perfect Host
The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and fully fitted kitchen - even a welcome pack from our hosts, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was a really good size, comfortable beds, enough storage space for our holiday, and the balcony a welcome retreat with a nice views to watch the world go by.
Kids enjoyed the Wi-fi, and widescreen TV! Great location close to the beach, Marina and a short walk to the Old Town. Pools at the apartments were well maintained and quite enough to sit and enjoy - perfect to catch a bit of sun. Sun deck also available, nicely presented and great views - just too hot for us!! Good Food, Lovely weather for most of the holiday, very helpful host who could not have done any more to make our stay any easier. Would recommend.

The apartment is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, Great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, grocery stores, up-market shops, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha and Lio are all within short walkable distance although no noise! Also the new faboulos marina area with the most beautiful yachts and other great bars and restaurants and luxury shops, is at only 200 meters,. And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.
Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.
Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary.
The name of the building is "Bahia de Ibiza" and it can be accessed from both Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles) I and Avenida 8 de Agosto (the 2 streets are parallel)
