NO CHECK-INS AFTER 9 PM - International passengers arriving late by flight please advise The condo is a smoke and pet free environment. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed inside the Suite or inside the condominium building. Only Registered Guests are allowed inside the Condominium Suite and Condominium Building. No stags, showers or parties of any kind allowed. Please respect neighbors, noise level must be kept down at all times There are premium wood floors throughout, so kindly remove your shoes while inside the Suite. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement and provide Government issued ID via our e mail prior to arrival Un-registered friends and family of Guests not allowed. The cleaning fee is for the purpose of cleaning the Suite after a Guest leaves and does not include regular dish washing, garbage removal, or towel exchange during your stay. Please wash dishes during your stay and take out the garbage regularly. If there are dirty dishes on the day of departure, please fill the dishwasher and turn it on prior to leaving. For lost keys there is a charge of $100/- Additional charges will apply if house Rules are not adhered to.
