Diese schöne renovierte 3 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines Haus aus den 1930er Jahren, im Herzen von Berlin, nahe des Kurfürstendamms. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten zusammen als Doppelbett arrangiert, und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten auseinander. Es gibt auch ein Fünftes (Sofa) Bett im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist eine gute Größe und hat zwei Sofas und einem großen Flachbild-TV/ DVD für die Gäste. Es gibt auch einen Tisch, den für größere Parteien als Esstisch verwendet werden kann und sonnst als Schreibtisch arrangiert ist (siehe Fotos). Die stilvolles neue Granit-und-Fliesen Badezimmer hat ein Glas-Duschkabine und die weißglanzend neue Küche ist sehr praktisch, mit Backofen und Herd. Die neue Küche hat auch einen kleinen Essbereich, mit Blick auf den Garten. Blick auf den Garten ist ebenfalls von der großen Schlafzimmer zu genießen. Die Wohnung wirkt als stilvoll, gemütlich und komfortabel ..und die UBahn ist nur 1 Minute entfernt!

great appartment in central location of Berlin
The apartment was easy to book and the process was smooth. Simon was very helpful in the process. We communicated via email but he gave out his phone number in case we needed to speak in person. We traveled as a family of 4.
When we arrived we met Mrs. Reh, the house keeper, the hand over went smooth. The apartment is centrally located and close to the U-Bahn or other public transportation. One could also walk to many sites if so inclined. We rented a car and had no problem parking (at most a block away), although it was very crowded on the streets and on the streets surrounding the apartment one needed to pay for parking. On the street where the apartment was parking was free.
The apartment was on the first floor and on a busy street. One could close the shades at night and it was very quite. The bed room faced to the rear and was peaceful. One thing that bothered us was that there was a person from the building who went to smoke right below the bedroom window frequently and the smell of smoke came into the room. The bathroom is nice with a shower that worked well. the kitchen was kind of small but the there almost was everything available to cook with except a microwave (for Americans, who are used to one). The furniture was adequate and well stocked with towels, sheets and other things. The living room was nice and big. A TV there but we did not watch much. We like to workout and where looking at places to go. We found FitX Fitness studio down the street where we could work out 2 days for free. We then went to McFit where we also could work out for free for a couple of days. It would be nice if the host has the information about fitness clubs in the area so one does not need to look so long on their own.
There are grocery stores within waking distance.
Overall, we all enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it.

As the kitchen is small we did not quite know where ot put a microwave, but hopefully it has everythign else, including full-size cooker, oven and tall family-size fridge-freezer. I have never been bothered by the solitary garden smoker, although I know some people are particularly sensitive to smoke! On the up-side guests have never smoked in the apartment and the communal halls and stairs never smell of smoke. Best wishes, and come again! Simon
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It would work great for a family of 4 though we were traveling without our son this trip. The apartment is right on a busy street but the windows shut out the noise so it’s not an issue at all. The location is 1 block from U7 U-Bahn line — very convenient. A grocery store is 1.5 blocks away. Simon the owner and Frau Reh the housekeeper were great to deal with. 5 stars.
Extended Stay in Berlin
I used Simon's apartment/flat as a base for a European visit during April/May 2018 and found it to be ideal for my purposes and as described/pictured in the promotional material. Located extremely close to an underground station, it enabled easy access to the rest of Berlin and to Tegel airport. The building is quiet and 'family-oriented" and food shopping is just a few minutes away on Konstanzer Strasse (Rewe). The heating, hot water supply and internet are all well functioning. The housekeeper was very responsive, although her English is somewhat limited. I would definitely come back to the apartment if my plans required further time in Germany and around Europe.

Perfect location for a family holiday to Berlin
Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Berlin. The flat was great: comfy, quiet and clean and in a really good position for all transport, cafes, shopping and supermarkets (and bars!).
As a family we all said what a great holiday it was - Berlin is amazing and staying for a week gave us time to really get into it.
We decided to take the train from Charlottenberg to Shönefeld airport rather than the hot U-bahn. It was a lovely journey.
The flat is well equipped and quiet. A little noise from the road but nothing that bothered us. We caught the train from Charlottenberg most days, less than 10 mins walk away and very convenient and cheap.
The housekeeper was v friendly and accommodating to our requests. The info /tourist guides in the flat also came in handy. The wifi was put to good use too!

Lovely apartment in West Berlin
We spent a lovely week at this flat over the New Year period and found the apartment to be very comfortable and suited all our needs. It is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, close to the famous Ku'damm shopping street and a minute's walk of local underground transport and buses. The famous Charlottenburg Palace and the zoo are very nearby by bus and it is easy to reach Central Berlin by bus or UBahn for the amazing array of museums, sights and restaurants. We found a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner from the flat and the local supermarket offers a reasonable selection of food and supplies. The flat was lovely and warm (as it was below freezing outside) and comfortably furnished with a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Although we only ate breakfast at the flat, we found the kitchen to be well equipped and very clean. The owner was promptly responsive to my email requests and provided good customer service. I would definitely recommend this flat to a friend.
Lovely homely flat
We really enjoyed our stay in this flat over Christmas. The flat was very clean and tidy with two good sized bedrooms and a lovely warm comfortable living room. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was (we’ve found this is a rarity with self catering apartments) and there was a big fridge/freezer and a proper cooker. The kitchen itself isn’t huge but it has a small table and chairs where you can sit and look out over the pretty garden. We enjoyed sitting in the living room, it was really cosy with the added benefit of a large TV and reliable wifi. The flat itself is well situated, right by a Metro station on the U7 line and is also near the Kurfürstendamm. We really enjoyed how peaceful the flat was whilst being so well connected, it was a lovely place to spend time in over the Christmas period. The beds were also super comfy so we were able to catch up on some much needed sleep. The owner was friendly and efficient and the lady who met us at the flat was kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be staying again when we’re next in Berlin!
