Graded "3 Clévacances". Hell und geräumig, schön eingerichtet 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, 7 Minuten mit dem Zug ins Zentrum von Paris (Gare St. Lazare). Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich komplett nach den höchsten Standards renoviert. Auf der 5. Etage eines 6-stöckigen 1930 Pariser Gebäude mit Aufzug, zwischen der touristischen Website von La Grande Arche de Paris La Defense und Paris. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, 4-Plattenkochfeld, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Nespresso, Toaster ... Das Schlafsofa im sonnendurchfluteten Wohnraum für zwei Personen. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch für 6 Personen, Sat-TV, Radio, CD-DVD Player, Internet, Festnetztelefon, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Einzelbetten, die beiseite gelegt werden kann, um einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC. Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. 5 min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt (Bécon les Bruyères). Alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal in den Ferien / Geschäft.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable, a good resting place after walking for miles and learning the art of metro stops. Just 8 min walk to train station where there was a store and bakery. It was great to have a washer and dryer and Internet. There was an added bonus of an elevator.
Charming apartment with traditional features in a lovely neighbourhood. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need. 3 mins walk to the railway station of Becon Les Bruyeres. Trains every few minutes and direct to Paris, with a journey time of about 10mins. Would recommend!

Yes. The only thing to criticize is the sofa bed in the living room, which has a rather soft matress. That makes you feel the rails below at night...

A restaurant nearby is worth to mention: It's called Restaurant du Bonheur and is located near the train station in 2 Rue Madiraa.
Great asian dishes for very(!) reasonable prices.

Location great, close to the RER trains/metro which made getting into central of Paris easy. We had a pleasant stay, nice town and close to cafes, supermarkets etc. The apartment was clean and tidy which made it delightful to stay.
In summary, as stated on website, everything one needs, very clean and well maintained, quiet residential area, would highly recommend.
In more detail - I travelled with my mother (72), my friend and her son (13), my husband joined us later - we in 50's.
Booking - arranging the appartment was easy, queries responded to fully and promptly (in English), access on first day went well, very friendly and helpful lady met us (no English but not a problem as we could contact the owner, but no need).
Appartment - traditionally French, lovely balcony off one bedroom, both bedrooms and living room had 'French' windows with shutters. On 5th floor, there is amazing lift. Everywhere was very clean and beautifully presented. We used the sofa bed and it was fine, easy to put up and down. Kitchen well equipped with coffee machine, Nespresso, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Teatowels, cloths, soap, towels - plenty of, all provided. We ate in a few times and had everything we needed to do so. Bathroom coped with us all, good shower, very clean. Also a washing machine provided, but we did not use. Both bedrooms well presented, we all slept well. There is WiFi, which we used with no problem. We did not use TV, too busy! Noted there were games and various other things for children. An unexpected bonus was that we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower!
Location - In a very pleasant, quiet neighbourhood away from hustle and bustle of Paris centre. There is a large supermarket nearby, near the station - both of which are within 5-10 mins walk through a pretty, well maintained park. Bakeries abound, at least 3 within 5-10 mins walk. Across the tracks are more shops, great for browsing, lots of tempting cheeses and cakes! All shopkeepers and locals we encountered were very friendly, polite and helpful - we only speak a small amount of French but got by OK.
Activities - we spent 1 full day at Versailles only 30 mins by train (5 Euros?), from this location one could easily spend two days there, doing Park and Hamlet bit on day 2 - soooo much to see. One day, Sevres, La Defense and Montparnasse. 4 days in central Paris, 10-15mins. Worth getting Paris Visite as you are in Zone 3. Friendly staff at local station who speak English.
There are restaurants nearby that looked good, but we did not frequent.
Departure - again went well, very friendly lady (no English, no problem).
We would stay again when next in Paris.
