Comfortable and a great location
The apartment is comfortable, adequately furnished and supplied (excellent firm beds, for instance), with high ceilings that make it seem very spacious. Best of all, it's in a quiet residential neighborhood and only a block or 2 away from several buses that run frequently all day and will zip you to Parnell Square in 10 minutes and to Trinity College in 15. Plus 2 super markets are within a short walk, and Phoenix Park is a short ride away. So the location is perfect!

Excellent place to stay!
We had a very comfortable stay in the James Joyce apartment. Very clean, quiet, wonderful to have the little kitchen and the washer-dryer. The 46A bus got us into central Dublin easily and we enjoyed every minute of our first visit to this amazing city. We had arranged for the driver (Rory, super nice) to pick us up at the airport and are very happy we did this. We highly recommend this property.

Spacious, cozy apartment in a great location. Fiona was there to meet us and made sure we had everything we needed and more! You can easily walk into town or take a bus nearby. Liam and Fiona provided a wealth of information regarding local eats, interests and transportation. We were able to find street parking without issue during our stay.

So very glad I chose to stay with Liam and Fiona. What a wonderful pair they are!! Warm greetings and Garry to pick us up from the airport and brought to the apartment. Loved everything! Very well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. Within walking distance to two local markets and about 30 min from Phoenix Park. Several bus stops on the nearby streets will take you downtown. I liked the freedom of being able to come and go and enjoy the local neighborhood. Fiona was available at all hours to answer any of our questions and was very supportive. Lots of local restaurants several blocks down and we also had pizza delivery a few nights!
Dublin City Centre is about 2 miles walk, if you don't want to ride the bus with Temple Bar area just across the river. Will definitely stay again next year for more adventures!

One key will open the front and the other key will open the internal door. The rental property is fully equipped and furnished. Bed and bath linen are included in the price At the end of the rental period the tenant will leave the property in clean condition. Any additional cleaning costs incurred by the proprietor may be passed on to the tenant. The rental property including the furniture and other contents are to be treated with care. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people, including any guests or visitors they might have within the apartment. The tenant is liable for any damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors. Faults that are found during the rental period are to be reported to the proprietor immediately. Animals are not allowed. No late night parties. Noise levels must not be unduly loud. The rental price is per property for the duration of the rental period. Cancellation policy 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
