Lovely Villa ,extends to three floors. Whether it is just two of you or a whole family it is a wonderful place to stay.The top floor has two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and large terraces. Sit and look at the small fishing boats coming into shore. On the middle floor is a lovely living room with a sofa, chairs, tables and a built in real fireplace. The rest of the floor is made up of a bedroom (double), bathroom and kitchen. Outside the kitchen is a private patio area, with table & chairs with built in BBQ. Again, there is a large terrace looking out to sea on the other side of the house. The floor below is at swimming pool level. The pool is 8m x 3m- mosaic tiles- and has sunbeds next to it..Internal staircase. There is a huge games room - full sized table tennis table and an original bar billiards table and a small baby football table.There is a twin bedded room and a lovely bathroom. There are a number of patio chairs, sunbeds and tables. The villa is very quiet yet only a couple of minutes from the centre of the village or the beach. As it it is a legally registered property it has been inspected and has safety features eg, fire extinguishers. Very few weeks offered for rental as we love it ourselves.
