Die angebotenen Ferienwohnungen sind neugebaut und blicken über die Marsalforn Bucht. Zentral gelegen, mit einfachem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem neuen Stadtrundfahrtsbus. Da die Ferienwohnungen an der Ecke liegen, profitieren Bayside und Theos von viel Licht und sogar der Meeresbrise.
Minimum stay is 1 week. Stays of 21 days or more enjoy 10% discount. Prices are quoted in Euro. Accepted payments are in Euro. A 30% non refundable deposit is to be paid for booking to be confirmed. Pending balance payable upon arrival.
A 100 Euros refundable damage deposit payable upon arrival and refunded on departure following apartment inspection.
Arrival anytime from 16:30pm on the start date and vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. We try to be as flexible as possible on changeover days to allow our guests to take advantage of cheaper low cost airlines.

Super apartment in a superb location facing Marsalforn Bay. Close to all amenities. It is above a bar but never a lot of noise. Joe the owner is extremely helpful. Our favourite restaurant is Odyssey good food at good prices. This was our second visit and are planning a third.
Our second stay in this lovely apartment. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and with a well equipped modern kitchen. The owners, Joe and Claudette, most welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Fresh towels and bed linen on request and it couldn't be in a better location with great views over the bay. Close to many excellent restaurants and very easy to commute, by any means, between villages. Excellent public transport network.
Sitting at the large front window watching a sleepy Marsalforn wake-up is simply the best way to start the day!

It's our own little 'treasure island'!!
My sister and I rented the two bed apartment at Bayside for less than we would have paid for a room in a hotel. It was great to have a room and bathroom each plus fully-equipped kitchen, not that we used it as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is in a prime corner location, great for the promenade and beach and superb for people watching from the balconies which are on either side of the living room. It's also really close to the bus stop, from where we went on various trips.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Joe, the owner, was very helpful, even to the point of giving us a lift to the ferry back to Malta. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home to stay in while enjoying a chilled time in Gozo.
It has a lift but access to the main bedroom is up a few steps so perhaps this would need to be taken into account if your party includes someone with a disability.
Electricity is included but it's extra for the air-conditioning but we found we didn't need it - open windows gave a lovely through breeze - though it would be necessary during hotter times of year.
The apartment is straight on the sea front, great for all ages. For the time of year we went it was a bit cold, we contacted Joe the owner to see if he could borrow us a heater & he was there within 30 mins, great people, very helpful.
We've visited Gozo four times and based ourselves in Marsalforn every time. We stayed in Theos (3 bedrooms) as a family of four; 2 adults & 2 teenage boys.
The location of the apartment is very hard to beat. You're close enough to ? without being on top of - the bars, restaurants etc. It?s got commanding views across the bay (and importantly also in the hot weather a lovely sea breeze). You're also so close to the sea that you could easily chuck a stone in!
This is certainly the best position that we've been in whilst staying in the town.
The only way to get even closer to the action would be to stay in the 2-bedroom apartment, which is right in the center of things!
The apartment's great, with plenty of space for a family to spread out in. It has all the cooking & storage that you might want. The extra shower in the main bedroom is very useful for relieving the pressure that a family puts on a single bathroom.
There?s lots of drying space (but no washing machine - so just rinse out the swimming clobber!)
It?s going to be most suitable for a family with kids (of any ages). Although there is a lift, it?s not the most suitable for those of limited mobility, as there?s a little slope to climb up to get to the shared door & a step down to get inside.
Joe, Claudette & their family are lovely people. Very helpful and genuinely care that you have a good time.
All in all; we can heartily recommend the place as a base to have a fantastic holiday in Gozo!
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein exzellenter Ausgangspunkt um den Rest der Insel zu entdecken mit der Hauptstadt Victoria und seinen Kirchen und dem offenen Markt nur 5 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Es gibt Märkte am Montag- und Samstagmorgen mit einem kleineren Markt am Sonntagmorgen.
