This property is beautiful and comes with everything you need! This last stay was about our 4th time at the property. We keep going back. Excuse it's so close to the hospital and allows us to bring our family with us! Michael is great to work with and responds dry quickly. There was a minor issue we had which Michael dealt with great. Having the repair man contact us to find what time would be best for him to come! I will be back to stay there again for sure!
This property was immaculate and location very convenient to central Edmonton. It's right across the street from a school and close to LRT station. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at. Highly recommend!
We shared this property as a group of professionals needing to be near the university and needing to work together on a project for a few days.
It was much better than being in separate hotel rooms and trying to convene. We enjoyed the comforts of home (like a cup of tea whenever) and sitting on the deck in the sunshine- yet had space to withdraw and have privacy too since we each had a bed/bathroom suite. The relaxed atmosphere was very conducive to group work. The LRT to downtown was super easy.
Loved this place, bathroom in each bedroom is GREAT, perfect layout, great location -- there's a park right across the street if you have kids. Highly recommend!!!

This house is in immaculate condition. NO Pets and No smoking allowed. We will have it stellar for you and we ask you leave it stellar for the next guests.
