Perfect Vacation Home
Simply the Best.
We had a dream vacation at this home. This home is newly renovated and nicely furnished. It is fresh and clean. It is a very cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing dinners on the outdoor gas grill. After spending the day at Englewood Beach, taking in a Spring Training baseball game or exploring the beautiful sea coast, we truly loved sitting on the dock and watching the sunsets. Mornings were peaceful sitting in the enclosed porch having breakfast. The location is fantastic. a short drive to Englewood Beach for fun in the sun and great outdoor restaurants. Publix Grocery Store was 2 miles up the road and the small seafood market just up the road was a find for us. We enjoyed grilled seafood for dinner. The owners and the Evolve Property Management team are great to work with they ensured that we had a great stay at the property. We highly recommend this home. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks for providing us with a great worry free place to enjoy our trip to Englewood and Southwest Florida.
Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable, nicely decorated!
We loved everything about this place. It was quiet with plenty of space. On the water there were beautiful sunsets and interesting birds. Inside the house was super clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back!
Lovely home in quiet neighborhood
We just returned from our stay at this lovely home in Englewood, FL. It was the perfect holiday getaway for us and we were very comfortable there.
The house has been renovated recently and boasts a beautiful kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a two-car garage. However, what we enjoyed most was the covered porch - we ate breakfast there every morning during our stay - as well as the dock in the backyard. Bring your fishing gear and you'll be able to catch snook (or in my case, a blue crab!).
Another thing we liked about this home was that it is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, but is also easily accessible to Venice, Sarasota, Boca Grande and all of the Gulf beaches. If you find yourself in Englewood on a Thursday morning, don't miss the farmer's market on Dearnborn Street.
We wouldn't hesitate to re-book for a future vacation.
