I want to clarify... I did not go to room prior to 330 went straight to office because I was told I could pick up papers between 8 and 5. We did not have keys and did not even drive to where the condo was till after we had paperwork. I never saw the housekeeper till 330 when we tried to get in the room. Check in was at 3. I never wanted to check in before that time just didn't want to have to drive to get the code after getting on the beach. I was never told I could check in at noon nor did I expect to. Was only told I could pick up paperwork between 8 and 5. If I had been told I could not pick up papers till 3 I would have never.left home at 4 am. We wasted 3 hours just waiting on papers. I was told at noon I couldn't have the code because the housekeeper had just got there which was not the case if she had just started at 330. The first time we went to room was 330 AFTER I got the paperwork. I did not call about checking in early because I did not plan on checking in till 3. I had talked to them several times so I didn't think I needed to call again. Did not harass housekeeper before I got the code because we did not even go to condo till after I got papers. I did not harass her when we got there. She stated she was not told anyone was checking in. And if check in was at 3 why was she just starting at 330? So we had to wait outside till she finished. It was to late to get to beach by the time we got into room. I did call about Internet. Was told it was after hours and was not an emergency. I also told them about the fridge. I did enter wifi codes. My husband works for Internet company. It was not working. And staff was not courteous or professional and I did not create these problems for myself. Had I been told the correct information it would have saved us a wasted day. Owner need to get new management.
Booked through destin luxury rentals (east pass reality) talked to them several times in the days prior to arrival. Was told by woman in office twice that I could pick up papers anytime between 8 and 5 if later they would leave papers for me. After driving9 hours drove Extra 40 minutes in traffic to pick up papers at noon. Was told by man in office that the maid had just got in there and I had to wait till she was finished. Told him we just didn't want to have to drive back and girls just wanted to park and go on to the beach. Was told no. Had to sit and wait 3 hours and drive all the way back. Woman was in office and asked her why I was told differently. She rudely told me I had never spoken to her and she was only woman in the office. That is a complete lie I had 24 minutes of logged calls to them on my phone. After finally getting back at 330 maid had just arrived and said she didn't know she had anyone checking in so we had To wait. I called and they told me check in was from 3 to five so it wasn't five. We had to wait. They told me at noon she was there. The room was dirty. When we pulled out the couch the sheets were nasty and covered in sand. Did not even use pull out had to go by blow up. Tried to find number for owner and couldn't. Internet did not work the entire time. Freezer does not freeze well I cream melted and took 2 days for drinks to get cold. I called about Internet and was told that was not an emergency. I wish I could upload pictures. The carpet was nasty with stains and the ceilings had mold in every room. Only 5 washcloths we had to go first night to buy some. The realty place was rude. I will never rent from any place they manage again. This is my 5 th rental in destin and I have never had any problems. I'm usually not easy to upset. But this was ridiculous for the money we paid.

•Payment of Rent: Rental charges are payable in full on all reservations at time of booking on reservations made within 30 days of guest arrival. For reservations booked outside of 30 days prior to arrival, guest credit card will be charged the full reservation amount once the reservation reaches the 30 days prior to arrival date. If you do not contact us before final rental payment is due, we will charge the credit card on file for unpaid rental charges on the date when payment is due. We accept cash and credit cards (MasterCard or Visa). All rent payments made by check are due within 30 days of scheduled arrival. In the event that your check does not clear all reservation arrangements shall be cancelled.
•Cancellation: In the event you have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. Should guest cancel their reservation within 30 days of their arrival date, guest will be charged 25 percent of the total reservation amount. Should guest change their reservation dates within 30 days prior-to-arrival date, guest will be charged 25 percent of the total reservation amount.
•Check-in Time: Check-in is between 3:00 P.M. and 5:00P.M. CST. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning/maintenance issues. There are no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience is appreciated in these circumstances. Guests arriving later than 5PM should make late arrival arrangements by telephone prior to arrival. Early check-in requires special arrangements and may be available for an additional fee. Call 800-541-4191. Office hours are 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday with seasonally extended hours.
