This rental is absolutely beautiful and so well kept. Everything is nice new and clean and it’s a huge place with 4 bedrooms and an amazing balcony looking over the ocean. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors out to the balcony so you can hear the ocean all night. Shari is so accommodating and, if you need anything, readily available.

Beautiful condo with lots of extra conveniences!
I can’t say enough good about this condo! We had two families there, a total of nine people, and we never felt crowded in the least! The balcony was huge with plenty of seating for everyone. Several from our party spent most of their time there!
The three parking spaces were a big plus! It was wonderful to be able to park without navigating a parking garage.
After staying at another resort in PCB last year, we expected to have a long wait on the elevators since we were on the 17th floor. We were there during a very busy time of year, and even during the busiest times of the day, we never had to wait more than a minute.
We had a great time, and we would definitely stay here again!
This is a great condo
This was the 2nd year in a row that we (5 adults/2 children) stayed in 1701 Ocean Ritz. The condo is very clean and well furnished. It is right on the beach and has a great view of all the action. The owner contacted me via phone and text several times during our stay just to be sure we didn't need anything. This level of interest by the owner to ensure our vacation was a great experience is above and beyond what we have experienced at other locations. With only 3 units per floor, it was always quiet for those who wanted to sleep a little later or go to bed early. Also, the 3 dedicated parking spaces it a great perk.
We will try to get this same condo for our future vacations in the Panama City Beach area.

Nice spacious four bedroom condo with a huge balcony, enough for everyone to enjoy at the same time.
Overall really good experience. I didn’t have any problems with elevators like some other people had mentioned. The water was shut off 5 different times during the week. Not at any fault of the owners. They are doing a lot of construction on the road which made it a pain to get out of the parking lot. It’ll be a lot better when they finish the road. The 3 parking spots are in a good spot. Only thing wrong with the condo was a couple of the bathroom doors don’t latch. I would recommend they get a couple more comfy chairs for the living room. 2 of the chairs are patio chairs. Also the door code some how got screwed up but a few minutes on the phone solved that.
We are so sorry you were inconvenienced by the interruption in water service during your stay. As PCB tries to put in new sidewalks and a tram system, it will cause a few disturbances to those living along Front Beach Road. The City promises to do better about letting Condo Mgmt. know when these interruptions in services will occur. In the end we hope Panama City Beach will be an even better place to visit!
I sure wish you would have told us about the bathroom doors when we spoke and texted with you. We have a handyman that could have taken care of that. Please don't hesitate to let us know anytime you ever have a problem @ Ocean Ritz. We want to make your stay a pleasant one!

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of arrival. Saturday to Saturday preferred for weekly stays. A $350.00 damage deposit is required. 7 day minimum stay is required from Memorial day week until the 3rd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum stay at all other times. Ocean Ritz wristbands (8) and Ocean Ritz parking passes (3) for our 3 reserved parking spaces are provided. Additional wristbands are available for $2 each. Public parking lot available for $5/24 hour period across the street from the condo. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. No pets are allowed on Ocean Ritz Premises. No exceptions will be made. Over 10 guests found in the unit or guests found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or damage deposit and charged with a flea spray. We strive to maintain cleanliness. Complaints about unit cleanliness or damages noted in the unit must be reported to the property manager within 24 hrs. of arrival.
