This property was clean and cozy. Neighborhood was a little run down. Sound carries all through the house. We could have used a few extra blankets, and the beds were
missing top sheets. The tv was so high up that you had to lie down to watch it. The kitchen was fine...had the necessities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house was fine. Nothing too fancy but we enjoyed our stay well enough.
Used this property for a ten day stay in Altanta. Very nice property, and convenient to all there is to do downtown, yet tucked away into a quiet subdivision so you get to escape the Husle and bustle of the big city traffic. I'd definitely consider renting again should the need arise
We rented this property for a short couples weekend.. each couple had their own room and bathroom. Very cozy. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Patrick was a great host and replies fairly quickly! I recommend it! Only con is the beds may need to be updated and the ceiling fan in the room is a tad noisy but those things were minor.
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. It's in a nice neighborhood that is very close to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Atlanta where we went to the aquarium and world of coke. Patrick was excellent throughout the process and quick to respond.
I had a great stay , I don't have any complaints except for the furniture in the rooms can be updated and the beds .
Several friends and I visited this property for a weekend. It was very spacious, with a great layout for catching up and talking with old friends. Each bedroom was large and had plenty of storage, also having your own private bathroom really made everyone happy. We used the oven and stove to cook while we were there and there were plenty of amenities to be able to comfortably prepare food.
The neighborhood was quiet and extremely safe. We will definitely use this property again if we are in Atlanta!

Here some important information about your stay at 5034 Laurel Springs Way SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.
The main entrance is equipped with a keypad door lock so there will be no key required. Every guest gets an unique code which is only valid for the duration of the stay. Just type it in and move the deadbolt counterclockwise to unlock the door. To lock the door, simply press the larger button on the top labeled "SCHLAGE" and turn the deadbolt clockwise.
The house is equipped with AT&T UVERSE and High Speed Internet.
The garbage and recycling bin is located next to the house. Trash pick-up is every Tuesday (recycling bi-weekly). Please make sure to move the bin to the curb the night before and put it back once it is empty.
The house is equipped with a basic foundation of supplies. If you should need anything other than that please don't hesitate to contact me.
