Hi. I'm Hillary. I'm sorry this review took so long to write. This home and the property that goes along with it couldn't have been any more perfect. First of all the owners were very nice to talk to. They are family people who's parents built this home years ago. It is completely up to date with new kitchen, and a second kitchen/bar area, along with two out of three new/full bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms but only two are renovated. I rented this home never expecting such a perfect layout. I had friends stay with me as well. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is a queen sized bed, a full, newly renovated bathroom, a breakfast bar counter area equipped with a sink, small fridge, coffee pot, microwave etc., in addition to a nice sitting area with a couch to watch tv. That's all downstairs and where I stayed. No need to walk up any steps. I had access through the garage. Just walked right in. I left the stairs to my friends who had three more bedrooms with one en suite bathroom (surprisingly that one wasn't renovated and it's the only thing in the house that's older (but still clean and nice), and an additional full bathroom for the other two upstairs bedrooms to share. Plus there's of course a living room with a nice leather sectional couch and a big screen tv. Outside both upstairs on the balcony, or downstairs at back yard level are sitting areas that face the water. It's all really very nice and makes for a good time to be had by a larger family. I usually stay nearby all summer but needed something more roomy for my friends because we were all attending a wedding that Saturday. I guess if I had to say a negative thing, and really I can't, but ok if I had to, I'd say that there could be better and more plentiful linens and towels there. But nobody went without and there is a full sized washer and dryer as well. If we were there for other reasons on vacation we would have needed our own beach towels. Otherwise it was a perfect piece of paradise on a quiet street that backs up to the water. The price couldn't be beat and I'm sure I'll be staying there again this coming summer. So enjoy. I really did. Thanks Jan.
