Old Town Stratford
We spent an enjoyable week in Stratford to visit friends and attend the theatre. The house is ideally located in a quiet part of Old Town within easy walk of the theatre and the main shopping areas. The property has the added bonus of a dedicated parking space which is invaluable in Stratford where on street parking is restricted. I would certainly book again.
A great retreat
We loved this cottage; clean, comfortable and in a marvellous location. It's hard to beat a quiet courtyard so near to all the facilities. Stratford has good restaurants, theatres and shops and the beautiful Cotswolds are a short drive away.
Weather was poor but that did not spoil our holiday, not least because we had this cottage to return to and relax in.
Hope to come again.
Lovely little house and garden. Great location.
We were very cosy and comfortable here for our long weekend. We loved the quiet seclusion of the garden, even though we were in fact surrounded by neighbours and the town itself! Lots to do and plenty of places to eat in Stratford. (We were happy to eat out, but noted that there were not many pots and pans in the house, and no saucepan lids, so self caterers be warned and go prepared!)

Excellent location for Stratford and Cotswolds visit
We are two American tourists who spent one week in Stratford visiting the sights there and in the nearby Cotswolds. This two bedroom unit in what we Americans would call a townhouse was perfect for our needs.
The unit's greatest positive is its location. It was as close as could be to all the sights without being in a noisy area, e.g., 2 minute walk from Trinity Church and Hall's Croft; 5 minute walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. As for the Cotswolds, they were a very easy drive -- 30 to 45 minutes to several wonderful spots. In this regard, the unit has two reserved parking spaces.
The location was especially good for exercise -- walking or running or biking -- as it is but 1 minute from the Avon River along which there are trails that stretch for miles, including the very fine Stratford Greenway.
The owner was very good and responsive in communicating with us before our arrival. We had no need to contact him during our stay.
The unit was extremely clean. It has a nice back yard though the weather was a little too chilly to make much use of it -- would have been a nice to place to eat meals, etc., in warmer weather. The kitchen was up-to-date and very functional. The WiFi was plenty quick.
A few quibbles not significant enough to take away the fifth star: second bedroom is small (room for bed and nothing else); washer but no dryer; seating in living room only an uncomfortable futon.
This would be our first choice for a return visit.

The property was in a great location with ready access to all parts of the town and theatres. The information provided was good but some of the cooking utensils e.g. saucepans were not easily found when cooking. The main drawback for us was the lack of hot water in the shower. After ringing up it seemed to correct itself but this was a temporary matter. When I rang for advice again on the following day there was no contact from the maintenance team following my message so I don't know if anything has been done to sort the problem.
Overall the stay was enjoyable and all the arrival information was provided at appropriate times making access very easy.
