Entspannen Sie in unserem üppigen Garten mit hinsetzen Aussicht auf Berge und glitzernden Lichter der Stadt. Nur eine kurze Fahrt zu den Stränden oder Dana Point Harbor, wo Sie einkaufen, essen, Charter eine Hochseeangelausflug oder mit dem Catalina Express für eine Rückkehr Tagesausflug am Catalina Island. Ankunft in einigen der südlichen Kaliforniens unberührte Strände innerhalb von Minuten, wie Doheny State Beach, San Clemente, Laguna Beach und Newport Beach.
We had a wonderful time staying in this nice suburban home. The three bedrooms were perfect for the needs of our group of six. A nice little patio that was perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the evenings at night. Minutes from Laguna Beach and an hour to LA. All in all a great homebase for enjoying Southern California.
We've stayed in the area every year for several years and this is by far the best location. House has a garage and AC which are important because it does get hot in summer. Whole Foods is literally less than a mile away and we walked to the lake everyday and took a run around (about 2 miles). House is upgraded - not super high end, but keep in mind it's a very fair price. Plus is the view out back and neighbors were friendly. We stayed about 5 weeks.
The property was in good shape, clean and was in a great neighborhood. The picture of the property was a little misleading as the picture of the lake led on to believe you could see the lake (pictured) from the back yard. The location off of La Paz was good as there were several restaurants and fast food places within a 15 minute walk or about 5 minutes by car. The third bedroom with a Queen Bed was configured to sleep an additional person and that made getting around in the room somewhat tight. Not sure what cable system is in use although it was disappointing as there was no ESPN to watch sports. Overall this was a good value. The lockbox was jammed open initially creating concern until one of our party found the key under the doormat at the front of the house. There was a very good Mexican Restaurant in the closest shopping center and of course an INN and OUT!!!
My wife and I enjoyed a three night stay in this cozy home. we love Laguna Beach and the surrounding area. The house is well equipped with comfortable beds and all the modern amenities. This house in located on a quite cul de sac and close to many good places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in the Laguna area.
We had a great stay at this house while in the area visiting our family. The house is spacious, it is in a quiet area with lots of local amenities and it has a nice garden. Brett was very helpful when we contacted him and the booking process and access to the house was simple. The House is only a few miles to lovely beaches and there are a couple of well maintained parks within walking distance of the house. We travelled from the UK and stayed for a week and we wished we had booked for a longer period.
We were looking for a house for our extended family to gather and celebrate my sister's birthday. We held an open house there attended by about 50 people. My sister is wheel chair bound and the first floor accommodates this well. The house's open concept floor plan, mediterranean decore and french doors to the backyard were pluses for this party. The house also has party equipment in the garage - extra seating, serving platters and drink dispenser, etc. The backyard has a view to the north over to the next ridge. We loved the proximity to the regional park and lake - a short walk takes you to a pedestrian tunnel under La Paz and to the park. Plentiful restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away.
There were a few problems in kitchen, with bedding, and readiness on arrival that we have shared with the owner, who has been very responsive.
Overall our stay at this house was very positive. It's an attractive and well located environment for an enjoyable vacation.

Booking are on a first come first serve basis.
The trash truck comes every Thursday. We ask that our guests wheel the cans out to the street first thing in the morning on Thursdays and wheel them back in after the truck has emptied them.
No pets or smoking allowed please.
