Great location, well equipped and spacious unit
Great location for quick access to Park City and Deer Valley. Walking distance to several restaurants and minutes from everything you need. Unit is clean, comfortable completely furnished, spacious but a bit dated. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We would go back.
Super clean, well appointed apartment. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Definitely recommend and will be back!
We loved the property. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Queen bed was a bit too soft for my preference, but loved everything else. Would definitely consider staying there again.
Perfect location for hiking, skiing, national parks etc
I spent a whole month on Hudson and totally enjoyed my stay. Dowena was very easy to work with. The unit is not modern, but it is comfortable and you can easily cook here if you want to. Shopping at Harmons is only 1/2mile away and they have a great cafeteria style precooked area. We skied in Park City most of the time. Driving up there almost every day was a breeze only taking us 35min without a ton of traffic. Even with snow the roads are kept clear and easy to travel. We were very happy we rented a car. Airport is only 13min away and I picked up people and returned them during my stay. We also visited the National Parks..Arches, Zion and Bryce and had a wonderful time. We chose to stay in the Best Westerns so we wouldn't have a 3-4 hour return each time. Bonneville Salt flats and Downtown Geneology were fabulous. Some of my favorite restaurants Vessels and Squatters 30min away in Park City. Porcupines in Cottonwood Canyon, 15min away max. Over the counter for Breakfast 5min away. Use Natalie at "The Anatomy of Wellness" for massage and Salon Melange for Christina for a deluxe pedicure. Both places are within 5miles drive. I could go on and on with things to do. Hikes are everywhere and Donut Falls was wonderful in the Solitude/Brighton valley. Snowshoeing was fun, but I wouldn't recommend Nordic Center at Sundance. It just wasn't very exciting...however the restaurant and location is so worth the visit. Was disappointed in Market Street restaurant. This location is just perfect for getting around everywhere

Great accomodation for family ski vacation!
Mom, Dad, two teenage kids for 9 nights and it was perfect! The bright decor, comfortable heating, and good lighting leaves no reason to be concerned about this basement apartment. The central layout of the kitchen and dining area created family togetherness while also having quiet corners to retreat to. This is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of silverware, drinking cups/glasses, and decent quality pots and pans (with matching lids!). We baked cookies, made a week long pot of chili for easy reheating, and made hot breakfasts. An automatic dishwasher and laundry room made clean up easy. The owner is responsive and was helpful for our Christmas day arrival. Our family took advantage of the entertainment provided (TV, DVD player, assorted games and books) and discovered that we like to play Scrabble. Location is a decent neighborhood with REI, ski rental, grocery stores, several restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. Easy route to ski areas. 6 foot 3 inch husband bumped head in a couple of spots, but he is used to that in a basement.
