Unser Haus ist ein zweistöckiges Stadthaus, das komplett eingerichtet ist und eine große Küche und offene großen Raum. Entspannen Sie auf unserer Dachterrasse und genießen Sie die ganze Schönheit Las Cruces, um mit Blick auf die Orgel Berg, City Lights und Sonoma Ranch Golf Course bieten.
We booked/paid for the property 10 months in advance for a Thanksgiving family reunion. When it got close to arrival, we had some questions about the property and emailed/called the contact info we had been given. After several days with no reply we started getting worried. I tracked down VRBO customer service who also sent an "urgent" email to owner with no response. After another 48 hours I was stressed. I finally got an "alternate" number from VRBO which was the owner directly. He did call me back and explain that due to an employee error, this property had been "double booked" with a long term tenant and he had put us in an equivalent property down the street. (When were we going to learn about that? This was less than a week prior to arrival!) It was a 3BD instead of 4BD which was not ideal for our large family group. At that point what choice did I have other than cancel the trip. He offered a discount for our inconvenience which I said we'd appreciate. I was just grateful we still had a place to stay.
Upon our arrival at the alternate property, we found it to be very clean, nicely decorated with beautiful granite, tile and fixtures. It was quite large with ample space for our large group. It's a very nice neighborhood close enough to town/shopping. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The rooftop patio was blocked off (disappointing) so we couldn't use it. Blinds were cheap and not all of them worked. Seating at dining room table was only 4, the additional dining seating was at the bar, which was not ideal. Overall it was a really nice property and we enjoyed our actual stay immensely with no big problems.
When we got back I had been instructed to email the owner and he'd make arrangements for a discount. I emailed him and it's been a week and a half and I have not heard a response. I'm not counting on it at this point. I'm just racking it up to poor customer service. We are planning another trip next year and if it were just for the property we'd probably book the same house- but for the lack of communication and follow up we'll be looking elsewhere.
Lots of space, very nice bathrooms, great kitchen, nice neighborhood, owners were great.
We really enjoyed our stay - we had everything we needed.

My wife and I rented this property for 30 days. The property was filthy, in disrepair and virtually every appliance was broken and in need of repair if not replacement. The property is very large, undecorated, dark and with carpeting that should have been replaced years ago. The 6 plug-in air fresheners and assorted scented candles are no substitute for routine cleaning and maintenance. This owner also has a number of other duplexes on this block; some are long term, some vacation and some nightly rentals through a discounted website. The long term rentals are to foreign undergraduate students who are fond of modified vehicles because each unit is overflowing with street rods that are parked everywhere and coming and going at all hours. This was particularly a problem because our garage remote apparently had the same security code as at least 2 of the neighbors; we learned this when our door went up at 2 a.m. and then at all other hours. We likewise were able to open our neighbor's garage doors ( 4 houses up) by clicking the remote. Eventually we disabled the overhead when we left or were in for the day/night. Halfway through our stay the maintenance man decided to move into the adjoining unit along with his work vehicle and dog. He immediately filled the garage and was still moving in when we left but he somehow also decided it was time to work on our roof for the last three days we were there. Wished he'd hung a curtain or two and cleaned up after his dog instead. The only bright spot in this organization is Heather. I know she is new there because believe it or not we rented from GL Green the year prior. Heather was willing to do what she could in as quick a manner as possible. Heather also refunded a portion of our fees (the roof work was the last straw). We have rented at least a dozen different properties from VRBO in the past decade. We have never written a negative review in spite of the routine and usual issues with a vacation rental. This property and its overall management deserve review. If I could post photos I would.
Very few amenities. Nice space especially bedrooms. Carpet was dirty.
The picture does not give this place justice it's an amazing place to stay it and there is more space than you ever can imagine and the good place to have a vacation at
