Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und sehr zentral in Midtown East, und es ist zu Fuß von Central Park, unglaubliche 5th Avenue Einkaufsviertel darunter alle großen Flagship-Stores (Abercrombie & Fitch, Lacoste, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Apfel, Prada und viele mehr), das Rockefeller Center, die Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, Park Avenue, Madison Avenue, 42nd Street Times Square und den Theatern am Broadway Bezirk!
Es gibt unendlich viele Restaurants wie Mr Chow, The Smith, Rosa Mexicana, Aquavit NYC und Bars in Hülle und Fülle in 1-2 Block Radius. Es gibt auch einen Food Emporium um die Ecke und Vollwertkost usw. Equinox Fitnessraum und ein 24HR Duane Reade (Apotheke / Lebensmittelladen) direkt um die Ecke, wie gut!Die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Block entfernt mit Zugang zum 4,5,6 und N, R, Q Züge auf 59th Street. Dies sind die wichtigsten Linien und kann überall in Manhattan nur wenige Minuten genommen werden. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Central Park, Fifth Avenue Shopping, das Rockefeller Center, die Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, Park Ave, Madison Avenue, den Times Square und den Theatern am Broadway - alle anderen großen NYC Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur eine kurze Taxi oder U-Bahn.

Jada, we can't thank you enough! Our accommodations were just as described. Thank you for accommodating our early arrival which allowed us to see more of NYC. Jada's flat is centrally located and we easily found our way around the neighborhood and felt like true New Yorkers, visiting our favorite coffee shop for three of the five mornings we were there. I have already recommended your place to several of my friends!!
We had a nice stay in this apartment which is conveniently located within walking distance to Central Park, Time Square and Rockefeller Center. The place was clean and perfect for two couples although the lack of a kitchen sink proves a challenge if you wish to have breakfast in. I would not recommend staying here if you have someone who needs to use the sofa bed which is a piece of memory foam on springs and metal bars. Other than that everything was great. Jada is very responsive if you have any questions. Enjoy your stay!
We were welcomed by a lovely property manager who was available to answer questions. The apartment was very clean. The common living space is very small (this is New York!) but the two bedrooms have adequate space and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. Our only inconvenience was that although there was a small refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave provided, it was a challenge to use them for lack of space. We had to wash cups and plates in the bathroom as there is no "kitchen" sink. This made preparing coffee and toast and being able to clean up a bit of a challenge. Location is excellent, walking distance to Central Park.
Loved our stay in this fun apt. Great location. Jada was wonderful setting up a time for us to pick up keys and drop off luggage. There are several stairs, but not a problem for us. The beds were comfy with clean white sheets and comforters. There is a small kitchenette, but it is perfect for making coffee/tea and reheating the amazing pastries from the bakery just across the street. Not much seating in the living space, but we were on a girl's trip and the bedrooms were roomy and a great space to sit and discuss the day's adventures. We will be back soon to this great apt located in a great spot, making it easy to get everywhere.
The two bedroom flat was very clean and the location was right in the heart of Manhattan. However, we were not aware how really tiny it is and that there would be no kitchen. The furnishings in the main sitting area are also very small and somewhat uncomfortable but only this size would fit. If you are not looking for a place in which to cook and are only using it for sleeping, it is perfect. If not, you will find it lacking. Jada was very pleasant and the logistics all went very well.
Six of us enjoyed a great long weekend here. The apartment is located in a great spot that is close to everything. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. The linens and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have great hot water and pressure.

I pride myself on maintaining full-time interaction with all guests. If you need any additional assistance, specific items or have additional questions just ask and we will be there to help. A manager will always be present to assist at proper check-in times otherwise instructions will be left for you once booking is confirmed.
Upon normal check-in times you will meet with an on-site manager who will guide you through the apartment and answer your questions. If you arrive during off peak hours we will give you further instructions. More check-in details will be provided after booking.
The apartment you are occupying is a duplex that has been divided into two separate apartments because of its enormity (spaces have been fully separated and made private). The one being rented here is located on the 2nd floor in a walkup building. Each floor/apartment has its own entrance. You will be renting the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with partial kitchen (no cooking) includes mini-fridge, microwave, a toaster, coffee machine, tea and many amenities (look for guest access for full description).
Remove any stains off linen/towels before departure.
If you break glass/dish-ware please replace/contact host.
M-W-F is taking your trash out days after 10pm located on the side Street and Weds is recycling days. When we do not recycle we get fined in our neighborhood and it’s also a great way to help save our environment. Color-coded recycling receptacles are all available in the apartment and it's really easy just place items in correct bin.
Electrical devices/AC/Lights are to be off if not in use and before departure.
