Wow! An amazing home!

I’m so grateful to the Viriks for allowing me the opportunity to stay three weeks in their wonderful penthouse. I was so pleased to receive extensive, delightful vacation planning ideas before my arrival from the Viriks. The hosts were very helpful to arrange several transportation needs to & from the airport. My guests and I used their taxi recommended company many times during the vacation and snapped pictures with the charming & helpful driver, Alex. Their local friend, Kim, welcomed us with a lovely and thorough introduction to the large property. My guests and I enjoyed the hosts’ welcome gift of champagne and fruits and cheeses. (We loved the cheese so much that we purchased it two more times for our balcony parties) Kim graciously answered many questions for me during the trip. She made me feel very secure & welcome for the entire visit. I truly feel that having the connection to Kim was a huge benefit to the trip. The apartment was very clean & the mid-visit cleanings were very efficient & excellent. My three sets of guests all commented about how clean the apartment was. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to read the thick “white book” binder compiled by the Viriks with ideas for our stay. We tried the recommended restaurants & beaches & ideas. Those were our favorites too! The entire apartment was lovely, modern and very comfortable. The beds provided excellent sleep! The kitchen & living area are full of light. The best of all was the marvelous, large, wrap-around balcony. The view was amazing. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. While at the apartment, we spent most of our time on the balcony. We actually lingered there because it was so divine. The apartment was so well appointed and our hosts were so gracious that I actually feel like I have just returned from the home of a friend in Juan Les Pins. I hope to be an annual visitor!

A Fantastic Home Away from Home - Coveniently Located and Well Managed

Will take back many memories from our stay in this fabulous part of the world and Sue and Paul's apartment was the base for it all. We received a warm welcome and their friend Kim was very prompt in responding to any questions or requests. The apartment was well stocked with all appliances and gadgets one could ever need, tastefully decorated, and spacious even for 8 people. It was so convenient to walk to the beaches, train stations, old Antibes, grocery stores, and close enough to the highway to drive up the coast. The terrace and views are stunning and the whitebook was a terrific resource for restaurants, attractions, and activities along the Côte d'Azur.

Would highly recommend this apartment and consider it for our next trip to the area. Thanks again, Sue, Paul, and Kim!

This is a fantastic property without doubt. Perfect views, perfect comfort, perfect location.

This is our second year returning to this beautiful penthouse apartment. What can I say? It meets all our needs and then some. It is ideal for a walk into old Antibes and great restaurants and indeed a lovely walk around the Cap d'Antibes. This year we took a lovely train trip to Menton Garavan merely metres away from the Italian border. Our purpose was to have lunch at the very prestigious Mirazur restaurant. This was amazing! Two Michelin stars very well deserved and recently awarded third best restaurant in the world. Mind blowing! Such fresh, vibrant ingredients reflecting the mountain the sea and the garden. Out of this world! Yet I have to say Le P'tit Cageot in old Antibes, whilst small and limited in menu is a fabulous find and truly lovely experience.

Finally thank you so much to Sue and Paul for renting this fantastic apartment that allows us to feel so much at home and a special thanks to Kim who welcomes us so warmly and is so helpful to us.

We hope to return soon.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury condo in Juan-Les-Pins. I would highly recommend this unit. It is very beautiful and offers fantastic views of the area. We found it to be very comfortable, spacious and functional. One of the big pluses is the close proximity to restaurants and transportation. The bus stop and the train station are a short walk away as are the many restaurants located along the Mediterranean shore. We had originally planned on renting a car, but upon arriving we canceled our car reservation due to the location of the unit. Another great plus is the helpful nature of the owner's associate, who greeted us upon arrival and was available throughout the course of our stay if we should need any help or advice. In short this Rental greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. We would highly recommend it.

Excellent property - amazing views from large terrace

Property well situated for exploring Antibes and Juan les pins. Size of terrace and amazing views are a huge plus - we enjoyed eating outdoors and relaxing there in the evening. Sue and Paul very communicative and easy to deal with.

Terrific penthouse apartment within walking distance of Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins

We rented the apartment for a 2-week stay for the entire family, seven persons in total. The apartment was smashing, with regard to location as well as equipment. This apartment has got everything you can imagine - three bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms, kitchenware, audio equipment, terrace furniture etc etc. The lofty terrace has a brilliant view towards Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. Both towns are within 15-20 minutes walking distance, something that was perfect for our group. The hosts has collected all kinds of useful information in a "White Book" that was very useful for us. We fully recommend this apartment!

When you arrive at Palladio there will be a full meet and greet service and an introduction to the apartment.
