3-bedroom house in Burien with AC!

Our home is split into 2 units. You have access to the entire upstairs unit. Each unit has their own separate entrances and private spaces.


Parking is free at the house. Please park in the designated parking space on the left hand side of the carport and leave the carport parking space free. The carport is reserved for the downstairs unit. If you have more than 1 car, there is additional parking in the end of the driveway in the round about area.

The thermostat is located in the downstairs unit. We have it set to 70 degrees for the winter months, but if you need a warmer temperature there are portable space heaters for your use.
