The Space:

Wainscott Woods welcomes you to a 5.4 acre gated compound bordering Sag Harbor, where privacy meets refined Hamptons living. This contemporary retreat features five en suite bedrooms, including three master suites, one with a sauna and private deck, another with soaring 20 foot ceilings, surround sound, a soaking tub, and double rain head shower. Sun filled interiors showcase cathedral ceilings, skylights, a gas fireplace, and an open flow between the living, dining, and chef’s kitchen, equipped with Sub Zero, Wolf, Miele, and Nespresso appliances. The finished lower level offers ping pong and pool tables, an office with iMac and printer, a Peloton, seven smart TVs, multiple Sonos zones, and gigabit mesh WiFi.



Outside, enjoy resort style amenities across expansive grounds: a heated gunite pool, 10 seat hot tub, secluded lighted tennis court, fire pit lounge, and covered entertaining area. Bicycles, beach chairs, a paddleboard, and a kayak are provided, along with access to nearby nature trails and ponds. Just minutes from Sag Harbor and East Hampton, this estate offers the ultimate Out East escape, private, elegant, and unforgettable.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Chickens are maintained on the property, and our team requires brief access to their area for essential care. This includes daily feeding and watering, upkeep of the nesting boxes, and coop cleaning twice a week. Please note that this routine maintenance will take place during your stay.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
