Great place to stay
Apt is a little small, and has no TV.
Very clean, with checking in and communication very good.
It’s got everything else you’ll need, in a great location close to restaurants, nightlife, transportation. And a very welcome air conditioning.
Simple, comfortable apartment near Vieux Quebec
I stayed at "Loft moderne dans le Vieux Québec" for nine nights while attending a conference and enjoyed my time there. The apartment is small, clean and simple but had everything I needed. The location was good, about 700 m from the old town. The Wifi worked well.
Nicely located, well equipped apartment
We couldn't stay in #22 due to double booking. But our hosts were quick to relocate us in a different apartment fit for 4 people within the same building. It was very well located (on Rue Saint Jean, about 6 blocks away from the Old Quebec) and well furnished and equipped. Recommended for short touristic stays in Quebec.
Charming, Centrally Located Loft
We rented this loft apartment and it was in the perfect location for seeing all of Quebec City! Located in upper Quebec, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to Old Quebec and almost anywhere else! We didn’t have a car and it wasn’t a problem! Quebec is a very walkable city and if we needed to go further, we rode the bus; there was a stop conveniently located right outside the apartment!
This loft was exactly as pictured and cute, clean and comfortable. The little kitchen was great and had a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast nook was great for eating and people watching the street below!
The bathroom shower and everything else functioned perfectly! The only thing I might suggest would be to provide an umbrella for tourists; it rains on and off depending on time of year in Quebec.
We loved staying here and getting a key and code and communicating with the owner was easy and smooth!
There is no tv, but we didn’t mind so much! My husband had a tablet and we were able to watch Netflix when we finally crashed after a long day.
There is a great little bakery down the street, Simon Pattissiere, and the oldest grocery store in North America, JA Moisan. I also got a great bubble tea(I’m addicted to the stuff!) from Sushi ToGo. You will find no shortage of great places to eat nearby! Great place to stay, highly reccomend to everyone!
My lovely vacation
Great location, close distance to all the tourist locations Very caussy place love the bay window. No TV and the Wifi running low bandwidth preventing to stream news of personal computer. In general like the place but noticed that the place need some maintenance work taking care of the toilet and the wobbling shower handle.
