Neue Küche und Bad renovieren ist nur das Sahnehäubchen auf dem Kuchen, und es gibt Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer Deck sowie aus dem Schlafzimmer Deck!
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Fliesenboden, Queen-Schlafsofa, Sofa und Sessel. Es gibt einen 42 "Flachbild-TV w / HD. Der Essbereich bietet sechs w / 2 zusätzliche Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt genießen - neue Granit, neue Waschbecken, neuer Herd - kannst du nicht einfach vom Strand zu kommen, warten und ein gutes Essen haben ?!
Alle Decks haben trek Decking und es gibt draußen sitzen auf dem Hauptdeck sowie ein Gasgrill. Sie haben alles was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt am Strand genießen!
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt der Besatzung Viertel des Kindes der Etagenbetten im Flur im Obergeschoss. Die Wäsche wird zwischen den Schlafzimmern gelegen.
Der Haupt Golf Front Pool ist eine Minute von "Brownie Point 'und die Tennisplätze und zweiten Pool sind weniger als 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Strandpromenade Marsch verbindet buchstäblich auf dem Achterdeck - weniger als eine Minute, um den Sand!
Barrier Dunes ist eine Wohnanlage von weniger als 10 Minuten von St. entfernt Josephs State Park. St. Josephs State Park ist ein 2000 Hektar großen Park mit Bootsanlegestelle (Eagle Harbor), 3 Meilen von Radweg und wunderschöne einsame Strände. Weniger als 500 Meter vom Eingang des Barrier Dunes ist ein 18-Meile Radweg, der an den Eingang des Cape auf C-30E erstreckt.

The bunk beds were fun for our boys. We had plenty of room for everyone. It is a perfect location very close to the pool and beach.
The unit was clean and well maintained.
It was nice to have the beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. We travel from so far away it is really nice to not have bring all of these things with us.
Do bring beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags and laundry and dish detergent.
We reserved this unit for a long spring break weekend. The reservation process was easy and the management company was very responsive. The location was perfect! The beach was steps away and the pools were close by. The only complaint that we had was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. The cookware needed to be updated as well as the utensils. We also could of used a cookie sheet/ bakeware while we were there.
When older folks (70 and 65 years of age) rent a place for 70 nights, they need supportive beds, chairs and couches. Sleeping on the floor for several nights and ordering an air mattress for one of the beds really diminishes the kind of vacation one might hope for. Otherwise, we had a nice time but fearing going to bed, because of the morning back pain wasn’t pleasant at all. We didn’t have the company we had hoped because the pull-out bed on the very worn couch was just beyond words. We couldn’t ask people to sleep on this or on the floor as we had tried. Please, put some money you receive from rentals back into your furniture, please, we beg you.
The unit was very nice. The proximity to the beach was great. The kids enjoyed both pools and loved fishing in the pond.
We had a great time staying in this townhouse. The bunk beds were a huge hit and the kids thought it was too cool. Everything is well appointed and they have Netflix, which was great for a rainy day with children 😊 The beach and pool are the perfect distance, they have plenty of chairs and beach toys for the little ones. We really enjoyed Brownie Pointe. The condo provides the most basic essential needs, but we have rented from other places in Barrier Dunes and were surprised that there was literally nothing in the refrigerator and freezer. The directions said any leftovers should be donated, which is really nice, but it is always nice to be able leave something for the next guest. We can't donate leftover ketchup/mustard, but both are good for long enough that it would have been nice to leave for the next person.
The bug bites were out of control - assuming (hoping) it was just the no-seeums...maybe just the time of year. The beach is always amazing - less shells and no sand dollars this year, but again, could be time of year.
The water spicket handle outside was broken, but we used a butter knife to turn if off and on and it worked perfectly.
The property managers were wonderful - very quick to respond and also very accommodating. We will definitely be back to CSB!! Overall, the view and the proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with our stay!!
