We had a wonderful experience booking and staying at this condo! The owner was simply a joy to deal with. Checking in was a breeze. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Having the Publix, a Dunkin Donuts and a couple of restaurants within walking distance was great! Coming back to the clean and cozy condo (and also relaxing by the pool) was a perfect way to end a hectic day of parks, attractions and crowds. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to all our friends and family!
Had to wait a couple extra hours for check in from the main desk, but loved the room once we got it had everything we needed very close by.
This is the third time we stayed in the condo XL 4126 Breakview #305. It looks the same today as it did 6 years ago. A few suggestions. New mattress needed for the Master Bedroom as it is becoming concave from many guests sleeping on it.
A refresh coat of paint on trim etc would go a long way as well.
Other than that- a PERFECT experience and I will stay again.
Stayed in the 3 bedroom condo the last week in DEC. Location was awesome. Check in was very easy. Located about 10 min. from Universal studios and less than 20 min from Disney. Everything you need is there for you. Thanks

I must say that the pictures provide only a small insight as to what to expect! We had the honor of staying in the XL 3 bdrm condo. We arrived early before the check in time and was allowed to fill out the paperwork and have access to the amenities. We decided to spend our time exploring the areas and checking out some of the recommendations of the very helpful office staff. Therefor at check-in time, we avoided the crowd and just picked up keys. Vista Cay Resort is in an awesome location. It's close enough to be categorized within the main attraction area but far enough to be excluded from all the congestion. It is also located fairly close to the interstate which we used to travel to Disney. Did I mention that the location of this condo was amazing? Lol. The condo itself is located away from the main area of the resort. This was awesome because the pool was never really crowded and was very family oriented due to it not having a bar like the main pool. There was also a basketball court, picnic area with grills/tables located next to the pool. Traffic was also very kid friendly. Parking was excellent! One of the 2 elevators was always available. There are 2 gates available for entrance/exit. We walked to Publix, Subway and Pizza place located right outside of the gate. There's also an adult beverage store in the same plaza. My family rents different properties 2/3 times a year and I must say, this property will be put on our "visit again" list. For future renters, I suggest bringing extra toiletries (basic startups and pool towels are provided), if you have a lot of luggage there's no cart to help carry luggage (I brought along a utility wagon that we used at the beach which is only a 45 minute drive) and enjoy nightly fireworks from the balcony between 845pm and 915pm. As far as the owners, excellent response time. I contacted him on the 4th of July and as in the past he responded quickly. I would suggest a guest book so comments/tips/recommendations could be shared among guests. That's something that I have found helpful in past rentals! Once again, this is an amazing and highly recommended property coming from a teacher that has very high expectations from all that life has to offer!
