Welcome to your Smoky Mountains getaway! This 3-bedroom + loft cabin sleeps up to 9 and puts you a short drive from Sevierville City Park and area attractions.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin designed for easy mountain living. With three private king bedrooms, a cozy loft, and 2.5 baths, there’s room for the whole crew to relax between adventures.

The main living area offers space to gather, with a full-size sleeper sofa for extra flexibility and a fireplace available seasonally. Head to the game room for friendly competition at the pool table and foosball table, or step outside to unwind in the hot tub. The backyard area features a fire pit and BBQ grill for evenings under the stars.



When it’s time to turn in, the loft is a fun spot for kids with a twin-over-full bunk and smart TV. Practical touches like a laptop-friendly workspace and in-home washer/dryer make longer stays easy.

• Bathroom 1 (full, guest): Dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in shower

• Bathroom 2 (full, guest): Single vanity and shower/tub combo

• Half Bathroom: Additional convenient powder room



Important Things to Note

• Fireplace: Available for guest use October–March.

• Stairs: The home has stairs; please see photos for reference.

• Connectivity: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Thank you for understanding. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
