Diese kleine Gemeinde besteht aus nur 5 Wohnungen teilen ein Schwimmbad und Gemeinschaftsgarten und liegt in einer ruhigen, aber zugänglichen Lage, die einfachen Zugriff auf alles, was Puerto de Pollensa zu bieten hat. Überall verwendeten Materialien sind von höchster Qualität, mit Travertin-Marmor und Buchenholztischler gewährleisten eine ausgezeichnete Verarbeitung und Liebe zum Detail. Lovely spacious and well equipped property with outstanding views, well positioned for short walks or longer outings. Well maintained and clean. Marga was very helpful during booking and once we were there. Only issue was the awkward locks on the street and apartment doors, as well as the unnecessary kitchen door! Hope to come back soon.
We found the apartment very clean and well equipped.
The pool and surrounding area was not very clean and the beds round the pool needed upgrading as they had seen better days.
Because of this we used an adjoining hotel pool and sun lounge area.
All in all it was a nice apartment in a quite area but a bit disappointed with the pool and sun area which after all is why we Scots come for.
Beautiful modern apartment close to the beach and town centre. The apartment block stands out from the street with the glass frontage to the balconies and is aesthetically an impressive modern building.
We stayed here with another couple aged 20-30's and will definitely return. The main balcony was an ideal spot for people watching whilst enjoying a glass of chilled wine. And with three large balconies and a roof terrace we were spoiled for choice. The kitchen facilities were ideal and with the option to bbq on the roof terrace an added bonus. The pool was lovely and cooled us down in the exceptionally hot summer that the Med experiencing.
If you are looking for a large modern apartment in PP with sea views and the town centre close by then this is ideal.
Lovely modern property ideally located for the pine walk and beaches. Staff at Riusech very efficient. Spread over 3 floors with marble steps and roof terrace so wouldn't recommend it for younger kids. Ideal for maybe 2 couples or family with older kids. I went with my 20-30 year old "kids" and grandson and we all thought it was fabulous. Would love this to live here my self and definitely go back
The apartment is bright and modern, windows/glass doors look out to the front, rear and one side. Lovely rooftop area with good outdoor furniture and bbq with tap and shower. The building has a lift which makes life easy when returning with shopping. The front facing balcony/naya gets nice shade late afternoon so wonderful to sit out without getting baked while the rooftop has sun all day so you choose your preference.
The swimming pool is excellent if colder than the sea. Swimming in Puerto Pollenca bay by the Pine Walk is so good, calm warm water, not particularly deep, lots of fish to see (bring you snorkel and fins). Great way to spend half a day, we did this several time during our 2 week stay and never got bored with it.
The excellent restaurants of the Pine Walk are just a few metres away, just a two minute walk. No car is needed unless you want to explore further afield. There is a good bus service to nearby towns such as Alcudia and Pollenca old town.
Our only gripe with the apartment is the crazy kitchen door! No door is needed really but this one annoyingly has to be closed to be able to open the fridge or freezer but when the kitchen door is open you no only cannot get to the fridge/freezer, you cannot open the cutlery drawer! Not thought out at all. If I lived there that door would be in the skip on day 1.
One slight observation is that the road is quite busy with traffic and therefore can be fairly noisy at times (especially mopeds and underpowered motorbikes) which slightly spoils sitting out late afternoon on the lovely front balcony. Others may not mind this as it certainly give you something to watch as life goes by on the road below while you enjoy a nice g&t.
All in all this is a lovely place to stay, excellent air con, good bedrooms and bathrooms so only the kitchen door to moan about! If they tell me they have removed it we will book again!
Hotel was a great size, roof terrace was great and we were a stones throw from the beach and all the restaurants and bars.
Only issue was the security Lind in one of the rooms, it was stuck down all week so one couple had no natural light for 2 weeks. A few smaller issues that we had to report but that we're resolved the next day.
