Die "Martinique" Stadthaus ist ein vier Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Badezimmer Haus bietet Ihnen klimatisierte Unterkunft über zwei Etagen. Die Eingangshalle führt in die Lounge und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche für Selbstversorger braucht. Glasschiebetüren führen vom Wohnzimmer auf einem schönen geschlossenen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Grill. Das erste Ensuite-Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einem Doppelbett und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Im Obergeschoss gibt es einen großen Meister mit eigenem Bad (mit großer Badewanne und Dusche), und King-Size-Bett und begehbarem Kleiderschrank und überdachten Balkon. Außerdem gibt es zwei Doppelzimmer, jeweils mit großen Schränken. Es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer.
Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Kochutensilien versorgt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung und zwei Parkplätze. Kostenloser Internetzugang (WLAN) zur Verfügung steht, sowie Kabel-TV und ruft in den USA und Kanada. Es gibt Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Pool vom 27. Mai 2013 bis Februar 2015 geschlossen werden. Die Gäste können den Pool in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel nutzen.
This is our 3rd trip to Disney. In the past we would stay in the park and use their transportation and restaurants. Basically, this left us in a small room and waiting for buses and eating their food.
This year I decided to rent a car and condo outside the theme park which turned into a great move. What a fantastic condo I found! The unit had 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 9 foot ceilings. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs w/ 2 baths and a washer and dryer. 1 bedroom w/full bath on the first floor and another half bath. We also had a screened in patio and a second floor balcony. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The unit is in a gated community called Regal Oaks and the clubhouse, gym and pool where outstanding. There is also a restaurant which we didn't get a chance to try but we did have appetizers by the pool that were really good.
The location of this unit to Disney was outstanding. It is just a few minutes to World Drive and the entrance to the parks. We would go to one of the parks in the morning and come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon then return to the Disney after dinner. The main road that leads to Regal Oaks (RT. 192) has all kinds of retail and restaurants. There's a Publix's right around the corner for groceries. Within walking distance to the condo, there is Old Town which is a very unique area with small stores and restaurants. There is also an amusement park called Fun Spot which has rides and Go Karts.
I rented the condo from Paulo of Swallow Vacation Homes. They have several units here. He made the whole process so easy. This guy was terrific!
Rental had badly worn carpet, broken upstairs window with duck tape, an old tire resting behind the front bush with the garbage bin full of beer bottles, one bed had two rollers off the legs making bed slanted, pair of work boots on the upstairs deck, missing toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom, VERY small tv in living room, none in queen bedroom. The neighbors kept revving up their beater cars and walking a pit bull in front of our door. No light bulbs in downstairs lamps.I have pictures and copies of the unsatisfactory response when I tried to contact Swallow Homes.
A really nice property with everything needed for a pleasant, comfortable stay positioned close to Old Town and plenty of shops and restaurants.
The townhouse was welcoming and easy to book with the help of Jo Doolan who was at the end of the phone with any information needed. Regal Oaks resorts is a pleasant, friendly place and the reception is manned 24 hrs with staff doing their best to resolve any problems.
Our only disappointment was the noise made by other nearby famillies who were quiet for a short time but continued to party so loudly we could not sleep - this went on until 4.30 am one morning and on other occasions until as late as 2 or 3 am but some staff did manage to put an end to unacceptable behaviour much quicker by sending security staff immediately. We aren't killjoys but past 1 am was late enough we felt and others had also complained too.
We would most certainly return to the townhouse which was in well maintained order with the exception of the soiled carpets in bedrooms and on stairs which badly required cleaning.
Would definitely recommend to others as an ideal, safe community to stay at with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay.
My large family found this to be the perfect place for our first visit to Orlando and Disney. It was roomy and had all of the space we needed. It took only minutes to go to and from all of the Disney locations, easy on and off the highways, and not too far from the airport. We also appreciated it being so close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and tourists shops yet set back in a quiet neighborhood. It was spotless and exactly what we were expecting based on the online rental. In addition, it was easy to rent the property via email and online. Thanks for being awesome!
Very nice condo in a great location conveniently located close to restaurants,stores,and Disney.Walking distance to Old Town. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
