This trip was with my family. The site listed a cap of 6 people but we were 7, with a little person, and Amalia, the owner, was extremely accomodating by not only including him but by even providing extra space for us to keep our luggages while we traveled to Punta Cana for a week. Now, you tell me what hotel or resort would do that for you? The apartment was extremely clean, exactly as noted by other reviewers. There was no central air, though all bedrooms had excellent, energy-saving ac split units; very quiet. The electronic lock failed (it wouldn't open; ironically, when we returned, found out that our house locked experienced the same thing!!) but the property manager, Alexa, was there within the hour with an assistant to change it to a traditional one -we speak Spanish, so we had no problem in communication. Alexa is a jewel. Thanks to Amelia for loaning us her home. We look forward to using it in the near future.
